The vacation property is a 3-room chalet with a total area of 100 square meters spread across two levels. The chalet has been fully renovated and features modern and cozy furnishings. On the main level, you will find a living room equipped with a Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV, as well as access to a balcony with an east-facing position. There is also a small room measuring 8 square meters with a double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). The open kitchen area includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, a supply of Nespresso capsules (extra charge), a raclette grill, and a fondue set (chinoise, cheese). Additionally, there is a shower and a separate toilet on this level. On the lower ground floor, there is a room with 1 set of bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), as well as another shower and toilet.

A reserved parking spot is provided, and there is a garage located 50 meters away from the property. Please note that the chalet is strictly non-smoking, and the wood stove is fueled with pellets.
