The apartment is great! Spacious, super clean, well equipped and really feel good! The 2 balconies are also perfect for relaxing! The landlord can be reached at any time, very friendly and helpful! We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!!!!!
Die Wohnung ist super! Geräumig, super sauber, gut ausgestattet und so richtig zum Wohlfühlen! Die 2 Balkone sind auch perfekt zum Entspannen! Der Vermieter ist jederzeit zu erreichen, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!!!

The rental was done professionally. The landlord could be reached directly if you had any questions. On arrival everything was shown and explained to us directly. The accommodation was handed over very clean. About the facility: was up to date, safe was available, TV program just Italian channels but that didn't bother us, parking lot available, rental bicycles there and you could also wash. As described in the ad, the beach was practically in front of the door (about 150 m). Shopping was very good in the village. The bakery in the street is an insider tip. We would rent there again at any time.
Die Vermietung ist professionell gelaufen.Der Vermieter war direkt erreichbar da wenn man Fragen hatte. Bei Ankunft wurde uns direkt alles gezeigt und erklärt.Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber übergeben worden. Zur Einrichtung :war auf den neusten Stand,Safe war vorhanden, Fernsehprogramm halt nur italienische Sender aber das hat uns nicht gestört,Parkplatz vorhanden, Leihfahrräder da und waschen konnte man auch. Wie in der Anzeige beschrieben lag der Strand quasi vor der Türe(ca 150 m). Einkaufen war im Ort sehr gut.Der Bäckerei in der Straße ist ein Geheimtipp.Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort mieten.

Appartamento spazioso e confortevole, ombreggiato dalle piante e situato in una posizione tranquilla rispetto alla via principale del paese vicino a tutti i negozi. Dotato di tutto il necessario, proprietario gentile e sempre disponibile. Tutto ok .....
We stayed in this apartment only one week, unfortunately ... because we would still be very happy. The apartment is spacious, very cool and airy, with a beautiful terrace equipped with table, chairs, sofa, two umbrellas and even a small piece of furniture that we have also used as a dispensation since we have always been there. It is also equipped with everything you need. The elevator is very comfortable even if the apartment is on the first floor and the cool garage below where you can leave the car is also very convenient. There is also a parking space in front of the house. The area is very quiet, but at the same time is also convenient to various supermarkets and shops, there are a few hundred meters, or if you want you can get to Giulianova or Roseto 5 minutes by car. Even the beaches are comfortable, just minutes ... both free and served. The owner and his wife are very helpful, and the lady even advised us of nice places to eat. If one day one wants to leave the sea for the mountains, there are some beautiful villages to see. Atri, Castel del Monte, Campo Imperatore ... and others, is worth itpenalty. Highly recommended
Siamo stati in questo appartamento una sola settimana purtroppo...perchè ci saremmo rimasti ancora molto volentieri.L'appartamento è spazioso, molto fresco e ventilato, con una bellissima terrazza attrezzata con tavolo, sedie, divano, due ombrelloni e anche un piccolo mobile che noi abbiamo utilizzato anche come dispensa dato che abbiamomangiato sempre lì . Inoltre è dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Molto comodo l'ascensore anche se l'appartamento è al primo piano e comodissimo anche il garage fresco sotto dove lasciare la macchina, c'è anche un posto auto davanti a casa comunque.
La zona è molto tranquilla, ma nello stesso tempo è comoda anche ai vari supermercati e negozi, ce ne sono lì a poche centinaia di metri , oppure se si vuole si può arrivare a Giulianova o a Roseto a 5 minuti di macchina.
Anche le spiagge sono comode, a pochi minuti ... sia libere che servite.
Il proprietario e sua moglie sono molto disponibili, e la signora ci ha anche consigliato dei bei posticini dove andare a mangiare.
Se poi un giorno si vuole abbandonare il mare per la montagna ci sono dei bei borghi da vedere . Atri, Castel del Monte, Campo Imperatore... e altri ,vale la pena.

Apartment large and clean, quiet and well served by shops, missing a shower instead of the small bathtub. Some hangers in the bathroom and bedrooms would be welcome. Equipment in the kitchen sufficient, garage present but only for cars or a little more.
Appartamento grande e pulito, silenzioso e ben servito da negozi, manca un box doccia al posto della piccola vasca presente.
Qualche appendiabiti in bagno e camere da letto, sarebbero graditi.
Dotazione in cucina sufficiente , garage presente ma solo per utilitarie o poco di più.
