It has a large terrace that will delight you with its peace and privacy.
Each bedroom has separate air conditioning, as does the living area.
The ground floor comprises a living room with sofa bed, dining table, fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Separate WCs are available on the ground and first floors.
There is one bedroom upstairs with a double bed (140x200), one bedroom with two single beds (80x190) and a large sofa bed in the ground floor lounge.
A washing machine is available in the bathroom.
Its private terrace, ideally south-facing, lets you make the most of our beautiful Mediterranean climate.

The flat has two numbered parking spaces in the residence.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

A deposit of €300 will be required on arrival.
Travellers are invited to bring their own bed and bath linen. If you prefer to leave the preparation of your beds to us, you can reserve bed and bath linen kits for €10 per person per stay.
The rental does not include a cleaning fee and a hoover and all the necessary cleaning materials are provided.
However, if you wish, we can do the cleaning for you for a fixed fee of €90 inc. tax.
We categorically refuse groups of young people.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
