On the ground floor, a pleasant 21m² living room with TV will welcome your relaxing moments. The kitchen and dining area (16.5 m²) are slightly elevated and open onto the 8m² Loggia. A separate toilet is also located on this floor.
On the first floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms (12 and 14m², with a 160x200 bed) and a shower room. The corridor also leads to a laundry room.
On the second and last floor, you will find a master bedroom with a shower room and toilet.
Bed linen and cleaning at the end of your stay are included.
