Great stay in this apartment which has been modernized, with aircon, washing machine, dryer. It thus has all the necessary comforts. Terrace with superb views of the golf and the sea. The apartment is very well placed, close to all the restaurants and small shops and main pools. Be careful though to less mobile, there are a lot of steps up and down!

Stunning location, tranquility only drawback I paid the parking lot but the pass was not authorized. I had to wait for other cars that I would open the bar.

Bright apartment (well exposed) with a magnificent view of the sea is also very well equipped, nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. The only problem is the parking! After paying for it, whenever it is necessary to leave the car at the bottom and walk up and place of the next location is a bit far. I admit that was seen the influx of tourists, it is especially difficult to manage at the tranquility but in low season, vacationers could park in front of the parking lot normally used for luggage storage.
Appartement très lumineux (bien exposé) avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Il est aussi très bien équipé, rien à redire. Tout était parfait. Le seul souci est le parking! Car après avoir payé celui-ci, il faut à chaque fois laisser la voiture tout en bas et remonter à pied et suivant l'endroit de la location, c'est un peu loin. J'admets qu'en été vu l'affluence des vacanciers, c'est difficilement gérable surtout au niveau de la tranquilité mais en basse saison, les vacanciers pourraient se garer devant les parking servant habituellement au dépôt des bagages.

The hotel has a terrace where you can see a wonderful view of the gulf.

We had a lovely holiday at Les Mimosas. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was well equipped. Our hostess made us feel very welcome, with fresh fruit and supplies on arrival and was very flexible in accommodating our arrival time, even though our flight had been delayed. The views from the balcony were great, and our children enjoyed the swimming pools and nearby beaches. It was a great location in a beautiful, peaceful spot. Would definitely recommend.
Very nice and quiet location, clean apartment. We easily found everything we needed including kitchenware, TV, bathroom and an air conditioner of cause! All electrical equipment worked without any fault.

The appartement is located on a top location with a great view according the pictures in the advertisement. It is very well equipped and we spend hours on the balcony enjoying the Mediterranean. The centre of Cannes and the Croisette is in walking distance and there is a bakery around the corner. Communication, contract and handling is well-organized by thge owner and of course it is very convenient to have your own parking space in a town like Cannes.
We will return!
Fourth stay for us in this apartment, well equipped and always very clean. Close to the sea and shops. We are already thinking of coming back, we can only recommend this rental again.

Very pleasant stay in Les Issambres, beautiful apartment, well laid out with a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. Very friendly owners. We highly recommend. The residence's snack bar is very good, access to beaches and shops on foot. We will come back with pleasure.

It was a pleasure to spend a week of vacation in this spacious and well-designed apartment near the beach. Our only regret is not having been able to keep it longer. A perfect week in the heart of Saint Raphaël without taking the car. Ce fut un plaisir de passer une semaine de vacances dans cet appartement vaste et bien pensé à proximité de la plage. Notre seul regret est de n'avoir pas pu le garder plus longtemps. Une semaine parfaite en plein cœur de Saint Raphaël sans prendre la voiture.
