Very comfortable and pleasant, well situated very close to small beach and a short walk to a larger beach. The pool is very nice as well. Also, the close proximity to a tram station makes it easy to visit Benidorm and Alicante. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone.
We were satisfied with our stay. We were nicely greeted and the place was really, really clean! Nice swimming pool and neighborhood. Only downside: the beds were a bit hard.
A very spacious and well equipped apartment in a great location, handy for local shops, bars and restaurants. About 15 minutes walk to nearest beach, or buses outside the apartment will take you to La Mata beach or centre of Torreviecha for €1.35 each way. Communication with Stephane was excellent. We found the apartment clean. Its on the fourth floor (there are two lifts) and has great views from the three balconies, two of which had outside dining tables. No aircon but has fans in the bedrooms. Overall, perfect for us.
We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is spacious with a terrace overlooking the sea. The residence is very well maintained. The owners are very kind and attentive. We are very satisfied with our vacation and will not hesitate to come back? Thank you again to Mr. and Mrs. M.

We spent 10 days with our family and the truth is that the house lacks no detail. A truly magical setting and a great place to unwind and relax. We will definitely be back.

I have nothing but praise for our 2024 vacation rental! First of all the location; ideal, close to the commercial area "las brisas", the beach which is magnificent, and a bus stop. It is the perfect place for a family vacation with children. The accommodation is super clean, ultra well equipped and functional. The environment is calm and relaxing. All in a setting that is aesthetically exotic. The little houses are charming, the garden is well maintained and the neighborhood is very friendly. A rare gem that we would like to keep secretly for ourselves... But as it is not the holidays all year round, we can only recommend that you sign with your eyes closed, you will not be disappointed!

Tout d'abord la situation; idéale, proche de la zone commerciale "las brisas", de la plage qui est magnifique, et d'un arrêt de bus .
C'est l'endroit parfait pour des vacances familiales avec des enfants.
Le logement est super propre, ultra bien équipé et fonctionnel. L'environnement est calme et reposant. Le tout dans un cadre qui est esthétiquement dépaysant.
Les petites maisons sont charmantes, le jardin et bien entretenu et le voisinage est très sympathique.
Une perle rare que nous voudrions garder secrètement pour nous... Mais comme ce n'est pas les vacances toute l'année, nous ne pouvons que vous recommander de signer les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus!
Very quiet place and rental that lives up to the description. We had a pleasant stay with the family. The swimming pool is super nice. We had fans for the rooms so we were able to sleep without suffering too much from the heat. If we come back to this area, we will think about returning to this same rental. And thank you to the owner for her welcome.

Nous avions des ventilateurs pour les chambres nous avons donc pu dormir sans trop souffrir de la chaleur. Si nous revenons dans ce coin, nous penserons à revenir dans cette même location. The first thing to note is that the quality-price ratio is very good. Correct interior, heat in the rooms but it is true that at night we did not turn on the air conditioning and they all had some type of fan. Very good living room. Kitchen with plenty of utensils. Exterior very good, a porch that was very nice and the pool very good and also perfect size. Parking is good. You have to go to the beach by car but there is always room to park at any of them. In summary, everything was good and we are grateful that everything was as offered.
Lo primero a destacar que la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Interior correcto, calor en las habitaciones pero es cierto que por las noches no poníamos el aire acondicionado y todas tenían algún tipo de ventilador. Salón muy bien. Cocina con bastante menaje. Exterior muy bien, un porche en el que se estaba muy bien y la piscina muy buena y de tamaño también perfecto. Se aparca bien. Hay que ir a la playa en coche pero siempre hay sitio para aparcar en cualquiera de ellas. En resumen todo bien y agradecer que todo haya sido como ofrecían.

A nice apartment, close to the sea, restaurants and a large supermarket. The kitchen equipment is very extensive and it was neat and clean. There are sufficient cleaning supplies and resources to keep things tidy during the holiday. Everything was very complete and thought through, we had a wonderful holiday, also thanks to the good care of our host, who was always very accessible.
Een fijn appartement, dicht bij zee, restaurants en een grote supermarkt. De kejukenuitrusting is zeer uitgebreid en het was netjes en schoon. Er is zijn voldoende schoonmaakspullen en middelen om het tijdens de vakantie netjes bij te houden. Erg compleet en doordacht allemaal, een heerlijke vakantie gehad, ook door de goede zorgen van onze gastheer, die altijd heel goed bereikbaar was.
