The apartment was known and still in the excellent condition encountered during the previous rental. However, 2 incidents did occur, beyond the owner's responsibility, and warrant a 4/5 rather than the 5/5 I would have given without these.
Its location is ideal, close to the beach and the city center.
The most are its terrace and its private indoor parking space.
The owners are very friendly and considerate.
Very nice home owners.
We had a pleasant stay in our region of origin.
We will not hesitate to rent and even advise.

Very friendly welcome from the owners.
A little small considering the age of the children (6 and 8 years)
To recommend without hesitation.
Small flat: lacks a little room for storage, if not perfect.
Little touches from the owners on arrival, really friendly. Nothing to complain about and the deposit was returned as planned 2 days after our return. Accommodation could be recommended without problems.
Our rating is 5/5.
Two small improvements suggested:
- a standard serving tray (for breakfast in bed)
- a basin for washing small pieces of linen by hand
All other services correspond to the MédiaVacances ad and are very satisfactory.
The downstream rate in WIFI is greater than 1 MB / s, which is very correct.

Very nice apartment 50m from the beach and close to everything and well secured.
Only negative, the driveway on the apartment windows but we were not too bothered because people do not move many vehicles.
I will recommend this property to family and friends.
