Thank you for such a lovely stay in your wonderful apartment. The views were incredible and we often had the amazing pool to ourselves which our children loved. Marinna and Daniel were very welcoming hosts and went out of their way to help and advise on attractions, restaurants and car rental. The apartment was very well equipped and we really appreciated the brand new washing machine and huge veranda. Thank you we will visit again! Caroline and Paul.
We had a fantastic stay. The house was bigger than expected and above all very clean.
The air conditioning works very well. In the garden with dining table you have privacy because the road at the entrance to the garden is a much lower level and on the sides the hedge is thick and high enough. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 on the first floor and 1 in the basement, both with toilet and another toilet on the ground floor. The small balcony by the first-floor bedroom overlooking the sea is nice, but can only accommodate 2 people.
The owner Gianluca lives 2 houses away. He is also easy to reach via WhatsApp, responding quickly to questions.
The location is great. In 1 minute you walk to the beach spiaggia del Pellicano. The first beach has slightly coarser sand and there is a bar. The other beach, spiaggia Mare Rocce can be reached via the first beach. Here the sand is fine and slopes very slowly. It will be about a 5-minute walk. There is a bar here too and also boat rental which we have had good experience with. Not expensive and they don't try to scam you with extra charges when returning the boat as you often hear with boat rental companies. There are 2 more beaches nearby, but we didn't go there.
Large supermarket Euro spin 8 min drive away. A smaller one is in the village itself.
The city of Olbia can be reached in 10 minutes, but that depends on where you want to park. The airport is about 20 minutes away from the accommodation. Golfi Aranci is also nice for a visit, 12 minutes away.

We spend one week in Serena's home in Ciceratta. It was perfect. It's a quiet place right on the sea. Beach is 2 min walking. You are fot far from Avola, Noto, Fontane Bianche... The house got everything you need and Serena is very helpful. We recommend very much and might come back one day.
The apartment and residence is very nice. It is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is superb and spacious.
Also both bedrooms have access to terrace/balcony. The surrounding is beautiful with the pool area and gardens. Very quiet area and due to gated residence we felt very safe.
We could look at both german and swedish television, which is an extra bonus.
Only a short walk to the beach makes this appartment a perfect location.

the house is very good, 3 bedrooms, a big living room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a big terrace where you can have lunch. Jean and his wife are very kind and available, they were in the house when we arrived. house clean and complete with all necessary. the view on the gulf is fantastic.
We had a great week in the villa. Roll down shutters, airco, pool, table tennis, 2 kitchens, bbq, close to the sea, stunning views,... this villa has it all.
However when we arrived we felt the house didn't smell fresh in some rooms, it was very hot and the apartment downstairs felt like it hadn't been used for a while. Because there was no airco in the app (it is written, so we knew) it's difficult to sleep there because of the heat.
All in all after staying there for a week we felt very pleased . I recommend this house.
We really had a great vacation in this house. Unique is the great sea view that you can enjoy from the upper terrace as well as from the lower terrace and the pool. The rooms are lovingly and tastefully decorated - we felt very comfortable! The small village "les Issambres" is also very nice and you can find everything you need there. The contact with the owners was always very nice and helpful. Also Claire, who welcomes you on site is very sympathetic and you can contact her (or the owners) at any time with questions. We are very happy to come back!
Really nice holiday home with enough space for clothes and baggage. Everything we needed was available, even toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. The beach is right across the road and there was a big playground 100 m away. For us very handy was the gate for the whole property so that our toddlers couldn't run onto the road. The owner was also very nice and her mother, who lives there, even brought us fresh lemons and eggs and lots of toys for our kids.
We spent ten very pleasant days in Susanna's house. It is situated in walking distance to both beaches as well as everything you need in terms of shops, restaurants etc. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We spent memorable evenings on the terrace with its great view. Susanna is a very friendly, welcoming host who was always there to help. We hope to be back.
We had a really lovely holiday. The house is new, very beautiful and comfortable, just a few meters from the sea. I loved waking up early and bathing at dawn. We often ate at the little restaurant nearby. A regenerating holiday.
It is a perfect villa! Clean, enough space, a lovely swimming pool, everything you should need was in the house and near the center of Roses. We had a great holiday!
The villa is located in a quiet area with a very beautiful sea view. The property has everything you need for a nice relaxation (pool, table tennis, terrace with sea view, barbecue, etc.).
There is a pub and a small shop within a five minute to walk.
The villa owner is very helpful, which makes living in his property very pleasant.
This house is in a quiet place surrounded by trees and maquis, through which you can see the sea. The local beach was quiet too for our stay and is of a good size and a pleasant walk away. The two terraces of the house means that there is always somewhere comfortable to sit or eat outside at any time of day. Inside, the house is superbly equipped with everything you could wish for and everything was absolutely clean. The owner, Patrick, was very welcoming and attentive, yet not intrusive. We would stay again without hesitation.
We had a lovely holiday at Les Mimosas. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was well equipped. Our hostess made us feel very welcome, with fresh fruit and supplies on arrival and was very flexible in accommodating our arrival time, even though our flight had been delayed. The views from the balcony were great, and our children enjoyed the swimming pools and nearby beaches. It was a great location in a beautiful, peaceful spot. Would definitely recommend.
Such a clean spacious modern apartment with lovely touches - we were so surprised.!
Huge terrace gives views down to the huge pool area and sea beyond. Quick walk over the hill to Cala Tarida beach too! The apartment had bat n ball and umbrellas etc which we used on the beach.
The bedroom is very small but is as shown on the pics - I wouldn’t recommend if you were tall!
The restaurant wasn’t open when we were there but may be worth noting the opening hours for your stay as your terrace is above it. During our stay we had no one either side but did have people above, which you can hear!
However these things didn’t spoil our stay and we would definitely return and recommend.
The facilities at property were excellent. The apartment is in a quite area on a hill overlooking La Sepzia. We had hired a car so getting into town was no problem. We visited many places in the surrounding area - very easy by boat, train or car. Fantastic Holiday and will certainly book this apartment again.
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Christine was lovely and warmly welcomed us. The location was perfect, everything we needed was in walking distance and we loved Antibes! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was well equipped. We will definitely be back soon.
A very spacious and well equipped apartment in a great location, handy for local shops, bars and restaurants. About 15 minutes walk to nearest beach, or buses outside the apartment will take you to La Mata beach or centre of Torreviecha for €1.35 each way. Communication with Stephane was excellent. We found the apartment clean. Its on the fourth floor (there are two lifts) and has great views from the three balconies, two of which had outside dining tables. No aircon but has fans in the bedrooms. Overall, perfect for us.
We stayed two weeks in this wonderful villa, which provided all the luxury we needed (and more!). We especially enjoyed the beautiful view and the pool, which is refreshing, clean and fun, as we even had good music and a refrigerator there. Except for some dogs barking once in a while (which can be annoying during the night), it is a very peaceful and quiet environment.
With a supermarket in Fiorentino, plenty of restaurants in San Marino and entertainment (beach and amusement/waterparks) at ~45-60 min drive to Rimini and Ravenna), we had everything we needed. You do need a car and be willing to drive up and down hills, but you will get beautiful views and a quiet environment in return.
All in all a great holiday! Thanks also to Luca, who was very nice and always responded very quickly to e-mail or text messages. P.s. we enjoyed your wine suggestion.
