Mme Guillemard is also a nice and attentive person. She gave us the key and was there when we left. She also responded promptly and courteously to our concerns.
All in all, we spent a wonderful holiday with 3 families including children. There was something for everyone. The area is very beautiful and you can easily explore the French Riviera by car. The house is in a great location. The beaches can be seen inreach on foot in a few minutes. Grocery store with fresh baguettes and croissants is also within walking distance. Restaurants on the beach are also recommended.

The layout of the rooms is also perfect. The kitchen was a bit dated last year, but has been renovated after our vacation. Just like the shower to the master bedroom on the ground floor. But even before that we would have come back anytime, because otherwise it is the ideal house for a group or family of up to 8 people.
It is a 10-minute walk to the sea and a few meters up the road to the nature reserve. You can hike as long as you want. Perfect for dog owners too.
We have been to Les Issambres several times, but this house was really the most perfect for us.

The view from the terrace is beautiful and the pool large and nice. The kids also enjoyed the ping pong table (new).
The (very pretty) studio attached to the house allows a couple (or a teen!) To have his own space (which can be appreciated).
The contact person as well as the owners are correct and responsive people in case of glitches or questions (both before and during the stay).
Only downside: some parts deserve to be renovated (eg the shower of the parental suite).
But we had a great family holiday. To recommend.

Located 8 minutes walk from the beach and a well-run mini market where you can find everything including organic.
The owners are very welcoming and attentive to their tenants.

only say that it is actually much nicer. It is very centrally located in the Cote d Azur, and it really has everything you need! It is super clean and on arrival there was one wonderful bottle of rose cold in the refrigerator. The Lady
was waiting for us with the necessary explanations, we have often rented a house in France, but so friendly we had never experienced. Nothing was too much them through a trap my sister broke her shoulder during our stay, the concerns of their own, made us really fun. You do not see them during your stay, but one phone call or text message, and they are ready!
The property is in perfect order. The pool with sun beds and associated pillow are clean and well maintained. It's all child-friendly and child safe. The air conditioners in each room works fine (is new), the gate at the bottom of the ramp closes off all safe! And the baker shop and the beach are just around the corner. For us it was pure delight. The view of the bay .... Waauw!
