The very quiet urbanization, away from the town perfect for rest. Very well cared for with a concierge who keeps it in order.
It is very appropriate for a couple although if you go with children there are bunk beds but taking into account that they are not in a separate room but at the entrance of the apartment, in the hall, let's say. It also has a sofa bed
The terrace is wide. if you go in summer it is oriented so that you do not get hot. if you go in autumn or spring you can have a little wind
In short, it is a recommended apartment and its owner cares about your comfort
Apartment with all comfort washing machine, dishwasher, French TV, balcony sea view etc ... with a beautiful pool which is well maintained.
As well as the green space and the commons. Direct access to the beach, what more!
We were very well received by the concierge.

I stayed 10 days with nine days ill.
Last week I "spent at home, I'm home because fever.
So I lost one week rental. alas for the wallet.
I can not say anything about the environment, I am almost never released except 3 times to the supermarket.
so I can not comment on the surroundings, walks to do, the beach or Dénia.
By cons I had the opportunity to watch the walls of the rent from morning to night for 10 days, I had nothing else to do.
This apartment is consistent with the description. It is in good condition, clean, functional and pleasant.
Nothing is missing.
I could not enjoy the terrace because health, but it is big and nice.
I can only advise the apartment.

Very clean areas of urbanization (gardens and pool) clean, direct access to a great beach. Essential car or bike for shopping or dining out. Very quiet, at least the first week of July.
The owner, very friendly, responds quickly to emails.
It is ideal for a couple, however, should be noted that the second chamber is, in fact, the entrance of the apartment (with window), which means that we are obliged to go through this "room " to enter or exit that is not a problem if it is a child who occupies but could be if it is an adult.
Residence, very well maintained, is located 50 meters from the large beach of Denia and about 7km from the center of Denia (car essential).
There is a small supermarket 200 m, handy.
The owner is very accomodating and friendly.
We stayed a month (winter) in this apartment and hope to return next winter.
