I found the property very tranquil, relaxing and peaceful. It's paradise and would be a great place to reconnect with yourself. The gardens are beautiful , a real labour of love and the dogs made great company and were adorable.
Ezia is a wonderful hostess and is always there for you if you need anything. I would hope to return in the future.

My husband and I have been coming to Sanremo for 8 years. For the last 3 of them we stayed with Ezia and we will definitely be coming back! The property is really great with a spectacular view, beautiful garden, big pool and spacious apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you could ever need. Ezia is really friendly and helpful. When on vacation, we like to do a bit sightseeing. Thanks to Ezia, we discovered quite a few hidden gems both inside Sanremo as well as around it. The dogs are really cute and they love the attention, so we became good friends with them too. All in all, great place that we always are looking forward to come back to. Thank you Ezia, Gianmy, Sheila and Giudy for making our vacations extra nice!
We spend one week in Serena's home in Ciceratta. It was perfect. It's a quiet place right on the sea. Beach is 2 min walking. You are fot far from Avola, Noto, Fontane Bianche... The house got everything you need and Serena is very helpful. We recommend very much and might come back one day.

My husband and I have visited this property two years in a row now and will definitely go back next year as well. This place is super inviting from the moment you walk in. The house is in a fantastic location, the view is breathtaking. The garden is lovely and the area around offers various lovely spots to sit and enjoy the views. The pool is perfect. The communication with the owners has worked well from the beginning, questions were always answered right away. Our host Ezia is wonderful and warm hearted and she gave us lots of useful tips and helped whenever we had questions and made us feel at home right away. This place offers everything you need for a perfect stay. We can only recommend it, you can not get enough of it. Great vacation, unfortunately much too short :-) Thank you!
The villa was a nice place, we enjoyed much to stay there. It is quiet and beautiful, close to the sea, supermarket and St. Maxime. The only thing we missed was WIFI.
Really nice holiday home with enough space for clothes and baggage. Everything we needed was available, even toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. The beach is right across the road and there was a big playground 100 m away. For us very handy was the gate for the whole property so that our toddlers couldn't run onto the road. The owner was also very nice and her mother, who lives there, even brought us fresh lemons and eggs and lots of toys for our kids.
Excellent villa!! We had an incredibly good time there. The villa is very comfortable and sparkling clean. It has all the needed amenities. It has a nice swimming pool and a beautiful terrace with an amazing sea view where you can sunbathe, take a cup of coffee, or take your meals. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. There are small shops/delis nearby and the beach is walking distance. Thank you, Nathalie and Jean Michel, for your warm welcoming. Hope to stay there again soon! I highly recommend it!!
The villa is located in a quiet area with a very beautiful sea view. The property has everything you need for a nice relaxation (pool, table tennis, terrace with sea view, barbecue, etc.).
There is a pub and a small shop within a five minute to walk.
The villa owner is very helpful, which makes living in his property very pleasant.
Our stay at this lovely Barfleur home was perfect for us! There was plenty of room for our family of seven to sleep comfortably. The home was very clean and well stocked with all the supplies that we needed, and was situated across from the beautiful harbour and just down the street from the town, which had several wonderful restaurants and shops. Valerie was extremely helpful in setting up our stay and making sure that we were greeted upon arrival on our first day. The best part for us was the serenity of the location! Our stay was quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city life that we normally live. We enjoyed putting together a jigsaw puzzle, walking along the harbour, and eating in the local restaurants, which were delicious. The home was absolutely charming and impeccably kept up. We will definitely stay there again when we return to France. The only issue for us was the distance from the American Cemetery in Colville-Sur-Mer. We were not prepared for the long drive, but at this time of year, it’s difficult to find any accommodations in Normandy so we were grateful to have a place to stay which was able to accommodate our large family. Having found Barfleur, we now see it’s charm and would definitely stay there again. One other note: this property is not set up for anyone with disabilities other than on the first floor. There is a bedroom on the first floor and a bathroom on the first floor but otherwise all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second and third floors with no lift. A clean and well maintained apartment. Spacious both inside and out. The owner was very attentive to our requirements as a large family with 2 adults, three children and a baby. The apartment included all cooking appliances, plus towels and bedding on request. Located less than five minutes from the quiet and pristine sand/stones beach, the local area provided many family activities such as water sports, horse riding, go karting, boat trips and cave visits.
The only problem was not all the instructions were available in English or Italian, just German or probably Dutch (I don't even know none of those languages, may be was another one as well), and even the antenna for TV can catch Dutch or German language channels only as well.
For everything else it was good enough. The bungalow was quite clean and comfortable, the camping services were good as well but I thought the swimming pool was as little bit bigger from the pictures I've seen in the advertisement.
Fabulous villa in a fabulous location. Would highly recommend to anyone for a great family holiday.
Just 10 minutes to the beach. Great fast ferry to St Tropez. Good coastal bus service.
Excellent local shops, bars and restaurants, which are not overpriced.

The apartment in reality was better than in the photo.
Without problems. We have travelled at night, without problems. The owners gave us a lift from the station, absolutely free!!!! And all the hosts are very pleasant people, always ready to help and talk!
The apartment is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. For the younger child a baby cot was provided.
It is a little bit far from the beach, but for everyone the concept of "far" is different.
Shops are nearby.

We spent a lovely fortnight in this comfortable and spacious home. The owners were very welcoming on arrival and were very helpful in resolving a couple of issues, without hesitation. The house is very well situated for exploring Arcachon Bay and Cap Ferret. There are plenty of beaches nearby, one of which has a supervised swimming pool which is perfect for children. We would be very happy to return to the area and would happily stay in this house again.
