We were welcomed by Pietro and his wife Franca who showed us all the potential of the structure and subsequently we met their children Maria, Enrico and their cute grandmother.
The owners live in the property and are always present for any requests or simply to recommend restaurants or excursions.
The structure is well looked after and clean: a covered car park with shade cloth, a reserved place for eating outside and a barbecue available, 3 outdoor showers with hot water at any time.
The access to the sea is enviable but the most appreciated thing is the tranquility of the beach, furthermore for each apartment there is an umbrella and 2 deckchairs available.
The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you might need on holiday, there is the rental of bed linen and towels available, which is not a given but much appreciated thing that we found and hadfound the beds ready.
There are also washing machines available and a place to hang out your laundry.
Franca managed to make us feel at home, always present and punctual, she also delighted us with her cheese and egg meatballs, what can I say are spectacular other than a restaurant......
Our experience was very positive, beautiful area, excellent restaurants and excellent people.
Franca and her family have remained in our hearts.

They were very kind and helpful, everything was organized down to the smallest detail.
In this location everything is super equipped.. the sea is 2 steps away.
This establishment is highly recommended.

Molto piacevole soggiorno a 9 persone. Appartamento molto pulito, lenzuola e asciugamani forniti. Abbiamo apprezzato l'accesso alla spiaggia immediato. Proprietario molto corretto, e contratto rispettato risponde a tutte le richieste. It proprietario ha anche fornito brochure turistiche e mappa della città. Molto bene! Piccola note: considerare the aggiunta di un forno per facilitare the cottura per 9 persone.
The Massa family was immediately put in hand and welcomed us as if we were
the family: we felt at ease immediately.

I recommend this oasis for those who want to spend a Wonderful Vacations.
We are also grateful for the care we received in connection with the preparations for the wedding of our daughter, with the beautiful floral decoration. All the relatives who have stayed at the same period by you, were very satisfied. We can safely recommend this accommodation to others.

Fantastic holidays for the accessibility 'the sea which is under the house. The resident owners on site, are kind, caring and always available for any eventuality.

The house is fully furnished with new furniture, clean, comfortable, suitable also for more 'families, is close to the sea .... even on the beach!
Excellent and the owners are always available.
Comfortable external structures: playground, showers with hot water in the beach area, use of umbrella and chairs, corner pavilions with barbecue, private car park shaded and last but not least, free internet connection anywhere, even under an umbrella on the beach!
