Palazzo Francesco Grassi, dating back to around 1864, is located in the heart of Aradeo surrounded by residential buildings. The palace is 800 square meters on the first floor, 750 on the ground floor and 700 square meters of garden. The façade of the Palace overlooks via Palmiro Togliatti with a series of windows and ashlar portal.
A second gate closes the back of the Palace with a period paving and the atrium communicates with the serliana of the garden.
The ten rooms on the main floor have pictorial and floor furnishings dating back to 1893, as attested by the date on the vaults decorated by Agesilao Flora and his assistants.
The mosaic floors bearing the family coat of arms, the wainscoting and fake marble, complete the interior decorations, qualifying the space in a strong Art Nouveau style.
The paintings of the vaults are dated 1893 and 1897.
