- Guests are required to collect the keys from the local KeyNest. Further information will be provided on the day of check-in.
- A security deposit will be required prior to release of check in details. This will be fully refunded following checkout, provided no damage is done.
- Travel cots and highchairs can be provided, but we will need advanced notice to ensure availability.
- NO SMOKING! A fee will incur if rules are broken.
- No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.
