140 square metre house with garden, fully air-conditioned.
The white sandy beach is 50 mt from the house and has 2 bathing establishments, 2 restaurants and a bar that in the evening offers live music, cocktail drinks and ice-cream on the seashore. Most of the beach is a public beach.
The house is pretty and comfortable. It comprises 3 double rooms, a little room with a bunk bed, a dining room with a sofa bed (double bed) and 2 big bathrooms. The kitchen gives onto the garden and has a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
In the garden there's a veranda, so you will be able to enjoy your meals outdoors, an inevitable pleasure during the summertime. In the garden there is also a barbecue and a sink.
The house also has a washing machine and TV.
You will be able to park your car near the house and get to all the amenities on foot or reach the well-known Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo in just a few minutes by car.
