Relax in this stylish modern home, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in the heart of Old Bosham, this is a great base for Goodwood events.
The space
We are very excited to welcome guests to our modern home in beautiful Bosham. It has been recently built and offers a great space for friends and families seeking a short break in Bosham. It sleeps up to 10 guests and is perfect for Goodwood events, being just 20 minutes away. It is just a short stroll to the harbour itself, and only 5 miles from Chichester.

This beautifully decorated home is bright and spacious and offers a welcoming space to gather with friends and family.

Enter the house into the large bright entrance hallway. The large kitchen-diner is on your left and boasts a large island, views onto the beautifully tended garden, and a bright dining area. Bifold doors allow you to access the garden, and enjoy alfresco meals on the patio.

The stylish sitting room can be accessed from both the dining area and the entrance hall. Large comfortable sofas and cosy armchairs offer a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day, and there is a large Smart TV (you will need to use your own logins to access the Apps). Bifold doors open up onto the garden and offer a longing seating area on this separate patio.

Upstairs are four bedrooms, all with king size beds, and all with ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has plenty of storage space.

The fifth bedroom is in the garden annexe, separate to the main house. This beautifully decorated annexe has a king sized bed in the large living area, as well as a bathroom and kitchenette, with huge 80 inch smart TV and air conditioning giving the guests who have this room a bit of independence from the main house.

You will have access to the whole home, annexe and garden. I won't be around in person, however, I have help managing my Airbnb by a local company. It is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with professionally laundered supplies between each stay. Remote self check-in gives flexibility for late arrivals, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

There will be some complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey!
Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person) as well as large eco firendly bottles of shampoo & shower gel, conditioner and hand soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, loo roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed, there is a Co-op less than a mile away.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole house and annexe. There is parking for up to three cars on the gated drive.

Check in / Check out
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time so as to avoid any disruption to my cleaner's schedule. Thank you.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
