The apartment is East-facing to get the first rays of the Sun. It can accommodate six people per apartment and includes: living room with dining table and sofa-bed, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds which can become double beds. Bathroom with all fittings and large shower in masonry, well-finished. Outside, large terrace with arcade coffee table and chairs, Garden on the back patio secluded and relaxing. The House is very quiet as it is located in a restricted traffic zone, ideal to spend a period of total rest, ideal for families with young children, to spend a relaxing moment, close to the waterfront famous for its magnificent nineteenth century villas. The beach is a couple of minutes walk away and is free. Shops, supermarkets and major services are all just a few meters away. Leuca lies at the extreme end of the heel of Italy, where the Adriatic Sea is divided by the Ionian Sea. It is a very varied tourist area with a stretch of coastline alternating cliffs and sandy coves. The Adriatic part is characterized by high cliffs rich in natural caves which can be visited by boat, while the Ionic part is of low cliffs and extensive beaches of white sand.
