- The is no smoking to be permitted inside the property in any of the apartments or common areas. Flat 2 does have an outside space where smoking is allowed. Smoking is also allowed outside of the property.
- Please respect other guests and neighbours by refraining from playing loud music after 10pm.
- No parties or events are to take place on the property unless it is organised with us.
