We went with our 2 girls (4 years and a half and 1 year) very close to the slopes and the crib that is financially affordable and very professional.
Communication with the owner nice and easy.
Pleasantly situated.
Apartment very well equipped and in good condition.
For now it is best that I rented in Piau.

IN ADDITION, WE HAVE RETAINED 50 EUROS, EITHER 25 EUROS PER APARTMENT (ONLY, SEEN THE TIME PAST TO GET THE 2 APARTMENTS IN STATE FOR THE FOLLOWING TENANTS).
IT WAS WELL AGREED WITH MR. DAVID RAMOS, THAT HE WAS TO LEAVE THE APARTMENTS CLEAN AND WELL ROWS AS IT FOUND THEM IN RETURNING IN THE PLACES.
IT WAS OUR FIRST TENANT OF THE SEASON, THERE WAS THEREFORE FOUND THE VERY CLEAN AND WELL RUNNED HOUSES (WE WERE PAST BEFORE THE SEASON FOR THE LARGE HOUSEHOLD).
IT'S OURSELVES THAT HAVE FIND THE STATE OF THE 2 APARTMENTS AFTER HIS STAY.
LUCKLY AS WE PASSED BEFORE THE ARRIVAL OF THE FOLLOWING TENANTS, AS THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN STRONGLY SURPRISED IN ENTERING THE HOUSES.
ALREADY, THE BAYS OF THE BALCONY WERE NOT LOCKED AND THE ELECTRICAL COUNTER WAS NOT CUTTING (THEREFORE AN EXCESSIVE CONSUMPTION OF HEATING).
THE REFRIGERATOR AND THE DISHWASHER WERE NOT EMPTY AND THERE WAS THE DRAWING TO "DRAIN" ON THE WORKOUT OF THE KITCHEN.
THE CUTTERS AND COVERS WERE REMAINED "INCAP "ON BEDS.
THE HOUSEHOLD "MINIMUM " WAS NOT DONE AT ALL.
MR DAVIS RAMOS HAS ACTED AS HE HAD HIS STAY AT THE HOTEL!
FROM OUR COAST, WE NEVER RENT TO THIS PERSON WHO IS REALLY BAD FAITH.
