Multiple sports activities and relaxation in the resort village (winter or summer) swimming pool, VTT, hot air balloon, and so on...
Superbe appartement équivalent 3 étoiles au centre du village sans les nuisances sonores avec vue sur les montagnes, proche de tout commerce avec parking privatif,location garage possible, proche de toute activité à l'année ballade ou sportive, de vraies commodités, lave vaisselle, lave linge, four micro ondes, chambre séparée avec deux lits superposés pour 4 voir 5 personnes, grande douche, balcon, canapé, TV. Multiples activités sportives et détentes dans la station village hiver comme été, piscine à 350m (3 bassins et toboggan, VTT, montgolfière, parapente, accès à l appartement avec facilité, accès aux pistes de skis a pied ou en bus, arrêt très proche.

Too bad, apartment from another era, year 70-80 has not undergone any renovation since.
Could be beautiful bright and clear with a refresh and modern decor because currently too dark.

Good level of equipment - Clean - Nice to live 4 (beyond, to see)
If we return to Carroz, we get back to the owners.
Shops at the foot of the apartment, ski slopes and less than a kilometer walk widely feasible, otherwise free shuttle to the center of the ESF or the gondola, although significant when one bears its own equipment and that of children !
