The "SALTO NEL BLU" apartment is part of a structure called Eco del Mare - Holiday House, composed of three beautiful apartments with private access directly on the beautiful sandy beach of the CAPITOLO, a tourist and seaside resort in Monopoli.
Made with good quality and environmentally certified Class A materials, it consists of two double bedrooms, a large living room-kitchen with a sofa bed (sleeps 6 in total), bathroom with glass shower cubicle and hydromassage shower panel and color therapy, very large covered veranda furnished with pretty turquoise sofas, table for the dining area, lounge chairs and sun beds and is equipped with every comfort: bedding, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, kettle, microwave, wifi, kitchen utensils, etc.
It is designed to ensure the privacy and tranquility of guests, thanks to the lush greenery that surrounds each apartment. Also in the garden you can admire the wild plants of the sea lily, now endangered.
Particularly suitable for families with children as there is no danger from traffic or the need to cross public roads to reach the sea. Furthermore, the free beach facing the building is very nice, with no pebbles or rocks, and the bottom of the sea is entirely sandy.
