A wonderful apartment in a perfect location: unblocked views over the sand dunes and a 10 minutes walk to the best baker in town or the main shopping area.
The landlord is very attentive and responsive. We felt looked after while privacy has been given.
The apartment itself is fully equipped to a high standard.
Highly recommended if you want to spend a lovely holiday by a beautiful sandy beach in Ostend. Renee was very friendly and great to deal with and the flat was ideally situated within a short walk of the Kusttram to travel up and down the Belgian coast. Ideal for a couple, but has 2 double beds so we managed ok for a week with our youngest teenage son.Would certainly return one day !
Nice and clean (except for the balcony) and superb location in the center of Menton. View only towards backyard, but because of this it is very quiet despite the central location.
Two vacuum cleaners. Sparks and smoke from one of them, problems with the button releasing the wire on the other. This was not a major problem, though.

We had a really nice time in this apartment, its main advantage to be close to the pedestrian street, the seaside and the beaches. The main shopping street is approximately 15 minutes walk. The old town is around 20-30 minutes walk.
The neighbourhood is safe, with several cafes and shops around, including supermarkets and bakeries.
The apartment is fully equipped and tastefully furnished. It is comfortable for 2 person, very cosy, consist a small balcony.
The owner was very helpful and organised, indeed trustworthy.
Considering all the above it is highly recommended.
Very welcoming landlords, very attentive to our needs so that the stay goes well. Lots of good advice for excursions and visiting the island. The accommodation is very pleasant, great location. Super friendly welcome from the owner of the villa, we arrived at 11:30 p.m. and no problem, he was there. The studio is 150 m from the sea with a small beach and very close to the amenities of Porto-Vecchio, its Port and the village. The studio is very clean and the owner always attentive to the slightest problem. Only downside internet! TV!! excellent stay
Accueil super sympathique du propriétaire de la villa, nous sommes arrivés à 23h30 et aucun problème, il était là. Le studio est à 150 m de la mer avec une petite plage et très proche des commodités de Porto-Vecchio de son Port et du village. Le studio très propre et le propriétaire toujours à l’écoute du moindre souci. Seul bémol internet ! TV !! excellent séjour

We really enjoyed this house, small but very welcoming and functional. Equipped, in a convenient location, with garden and parking space. Really very nice, highly recommended! Also the host was really very kind!
Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questa casa, piccola ma molto accogliente e funzionale. Attrezzata, in una posizione comoda, con giardino e posto auto. Davvero molto carina, consigliatissima! Inoltre l'host è stato davvero molto gentile!
The studio is ideally located: you open the door and you are on the beach of Aiguebelle. It is a fairly cramped accommodation for 4 but ideal for two. The studio is well appointed, the fan is a plus especially during the hot weather. The best thing is the possibility of setting up the deckchairs or even the lunch table on the beach. Thanks to the owner for her welcome and responsiveness.
Le studio est situé idéalement : vous ouvrez la porte et vous êtes sur la plage d'Aiguebelle. C'est un logement assez exigu pour 4 mais idéal pour deux. Le studio est bien aménagé, le ventilateur est un plus surtout pendant les grosses chaleurs. Le top reste la possibilité d'installer les transats voire la table à déjeuner sur la plage.
