The property is even better then presented in the pictures. Everything is very new and clean. The owners are very attentive to any requests. The nearest beach is far from ideal, but in 5 minutes ride you'll find one of the best beaches in Italy - lido Pizzo.
Very good ! We had all the necessary stuff we needed, even bed linen and bath towels were available. It was also very private, although the landlord lives right above they didn't bother us at all. It was very clean too and airy. The only thing I really really hated was that there where trees left to grown that kept us from seeing the sea view behind them, from the terrace right where we could have enjoyed our meals. If the landlord trims them, it would be just perfect.
The apartment is very large with large rooms and also two very large terraces, one of which is shaded with a table, chairs and a swing on which I loved to take a nap in the afternoon. The terrace with a sea view ? we took all our meals there. An outdoor shower when returning from the beach which is a two-minute walk away! We already had everything we needed to cook: salt, pepper, olive oil, shower gel, shampoo, the sheets and towels smelled very good. The apartment is spotless, very clean. You quickly feel at home there. Vincenzo the owner who does not live on site, was discreet and extremely kind. Even a little attention by bringing us some small pastries from the region. A car is necessary for shopping there, 5 minutes away is a small town on the beach with a landscaped coastline with restaurants, bars, small shops and very lively in the evening ?. A real pleasure to have been able to eat all the local products. A fishmonger with his small shop sold fresh fish in the morning, we enjoyed buying our fish therefresh in the morning and at noon on the plate ? Eat great ice cream, have a drink along the promenade and meet wonderful people. You should know that the locals are extremely kind and very generous. The beach in front of the rental is very beautiful, I was lucky enough to see the sunrise in the morning at 6:15 am when I was walking there. Often in the morning we walked along the beach 4 km. It is an authentic, calm and relaxing place. The location of the apartment was strategic for us, an hour or an hour and a half from all the places to see absolutely. Alberobello, Ostuni, Santa Maria Di Leuca and so on. The city of Lecce is a 35-minute drive from the apartment. It's a big, bustling city. In short, these twelve days have been wonderful.
L'appartement est très grand avec de grandes pièces et également deux très grandes terrasses dont une ombragé avec table, chaises et une balancelle sur laquelle j'ai adoré y faire la sieste l'après midi. La terrasse avec vue sur mer 😍 nous y prenions tous les repas. Une douche extérieure au retour de la plage qui se situe à deux minutes à pied !
Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, nous avions déjà sur place : sel, poivre, huile d'olive, gel douche, shampoing, les draps et serviettes sentaient très bons.
L'appartement est nickel, très propre.
On s'y sent vite comme chez soi.
Vincenzo le propriétaire qui ne vit pas sur place, était discret et d'une extrême gentillesse.
Même une petite attention en nous rapportant des petites pâtisseries de la région.
Une voiture est nécessaire pour y faire les courses, à 5 minutes se trouve une petite commune en bord de plage avec un littoral aménagé avec restauration, bar, petits commerces et très animée en soirée 😊.
Un réel plaisir d'avoir pu manger tous les produits locaux.
Un vendeur de poisson avec sa petite boutique vendait le poisson frais du matin, on avait plaisir à y acheter notre poisson frais le matin et à midi dans l'assiette 👌
Manger de très bonnes glaces, boire un verre le long de la promenade et y rencontrer des gens merveilleux.
Il faut savoir que les locaux sont d'une extrême gentillesse et avec une grande générosité.
La plage qui se trouve en face de la location est très belle, j'ai eu la chance de voir le lever du soleil le matin à 06h15 lorsque je m'y promenais.
Souvent le matin nous marchions le long de la plage 4 km.
C'est un endroit authentique, calme et reposant.
L'emplacement de l'appartement pour nous était stratégique, à une heure voir une heure trente de tous les endroits à voir absolument.
Alberobello, Ostuni, Santa Maria Di Leuca et j'en passe.
La ville de Lecce se trouve à 35 minutes en voiture de l'appartement.
C'est une grande ville animée.
Bref ces douze jours ont été merveilleux.

Casa completa di tutto compreso doccino in terrazza comodissimo per tirare via la sabbia prima di entrare in casa. Posizione ottima praticamente sulla spiaggia non si può chiedere di meglio. Terrazzo incantevole e spazioso dove è possibile mangiare con affaccio sul mare. Consiglio questo appartamento per posizione e mare bellissimo.

The house is very well located, pleasant and comfortable (air conditioning, washing machine, ...). We had all the necessary equipment to prepare our meals in quantity for 12 people. Quality Wifi connection, it is possible to telework. We spent our holidays on the terrace very close to the swimming pool and very well secured for children. The highlight of the stay was definitely Amador, the owner. He was attentive to every detail and took great care of us from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. Our stay was perfect. La maison est très bien située, agréable et confortable (clim, lave linge, ...). Nous avions tout l'équipement nécessaire pour préparer nos repas en quantité pour 12 personnes. Connexion Wifi de qualité, il est possible de télétravailler. Nous avons passé nos vacances sur la terrasse toute proche de la piscine et très bien sécurisée pour les enfants.
Le point le plus fort du séjour est certainement Amador, le propriétaire. Il a été soucieux du moindre détail et à nos petits soins dès notre arrivée et tout le long de notre séjour.

We are 2 families with 3 children and we stayed from 3 to 17 August, the apartment is well laid out and 7 of us were there comfortably ... Let's start by describing the terrace which remains the real added value of the house, a spectacle!!!! a breathtaking view .... large and airy which allowed us to eat several times with a dream panorama ... 3 bedrooms, with double bed and cot each with ceiling fan and 2 bathrooms both with shower, a functional kitchen with everything you need ... a living room with air conditioning (a split in the whole apartment, with the heat of this summer it was a little low) all clean and tidy. Ivana and her husband Vito welcomed us and accompanied us throughout our stay in a friendly and discreet way. The sea is beautiful despite the great heat and the free beach below quite crowded ... already at 4.30 in the morning they start to place the deckchairs and umbrellas. The car park is on the street, few free parking spaces, the rest are paid and in August it is really prohibitive to move the cars. The municipality of Torre Lapillo is quite poor in attractions and shops ... onlystalls in the evening and some good restaurants ... the sea is the real reason that brought us to Salento and we are really satisfied with this .... The apartment being practically on the beach on one side and on the other overlooking the Piazza della Madonnina is subject to noise and shouting even late at night ... Home and sea positive notes, sore points missing tourist attractions and little organization of the municipality on waste collection, fines and beautification of the territory .. Siamo 2 famiglie con 3 figli e abbiamo soggiornato dal 3 al 17 Agosto , l'appartamento è disposto bene e in 7 ci siamo stati comodamente ... Partiamo a descrivere il terrazzo che rimane il vero valore aggiuto della casa , uno spettacolo !!!! una vista mozzafiato .... ampio e arieggiato che ci ha permesso di mangiare più volte con un panorama da sogno ... 3 camere da letto , con letto matrimoniale e lettino ognuna con ventilatore a soffitto e 2 bagni entrambi con doccia , una cucina funzionale con tutto quello che serve ... un soggiorno pranzo con climatizzatore ( uno split in tutto l'appartamento , con il caldo di quest'estate risultava un po pochino) tutto pulito e in ordine . Ivana e suo marito Vito ci hanno accolto e accompagnato per tutto il soggiorno in modo amichevole e discreto . Il mare è bellissimo nonostante il gran caldo e la spiaggia libera sottostante parecchio affollata ... già alle 4.30 del mattino iniziano a piazzare gli sdraio e ombrelloni . Il parcheggio auto è in strada , pochi parcheggi gratis , il resto è a pagamento e ad agosto è veramente proibitivo muovere le auto . Il comune di torre lapillo risulta abbastanza povero di attrazioni e di negozi ... solo bancarelle la sera e alcuni buoni ristoranti ... il mare è la vera motivazione che ci spinti fino nel salento e di questo ne siamo veramente soddisfatti .... L'appartamento essendo praticamente sulla spiaggia da un lato e dall'altro si affaccia sulla piazza della madonnina è soggetto a rumori e schiamazzi anche fino a notte inoltrata ... Casa e mare note positive , note dolenti attrazioni turistiche mancanti e poca organizzazione del comune sulla raccolta rifiuti , multe e abbellimento del territorio .. Un caro saluto ad Ivana e Vito

Everything was perfect, the house is as you see in the photos, very clean, welcoming and spacious, no surprises. They made us find the house fresh, water in the refrigerator. Very kind, friendly and available for anything. If you come to this part of Puglia I absolutely recommend it. The location is beautiful, and you can reach beautiful places easily by car. Tutto perfetto, la casa è come la vedete in foto, molto pulita, accogliente e spaziosa, nessun sorpresa. Ci hanno fatto trovare la casa fresca, acqua in frigorifero. Gentilissimi, cordiali e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa.

Everything was perfect: beautiful house with wifi, swimming pool maintained and clean. The bedding was good; the air conditioning worked very well. Two very nice bathrooms. The house is a 5-minute walk from the fine sand beach and 3 minutes from a pebble beach. The place is quiet and 10 minutes by car from the city. Beautiful moments spent with family.
Tout était parfait : belle maison avec wifi, piscine entretenue et propre. La literie était bonne; la climatisation marchait très bien. Deux très belles salle de bain. La maison se trouve à 5 min à pieds de la plage au sable fin et à 3 min d'une plage avec des cailloux. L' Endroit est calme et à 10 min en voiture de la ville. Beaux moments passés en famille.
A great stay, location at the top beach 10 minutes walk, the apartment is well equipped and functional. The terrace is large and pleasant with a superb view. The owner was responsive when I had requests. We will come back.

We are happy with the recommendation from our friends. This villa has a soul. Both the interior and exterior are very spacious with several ambiances, flower garden, fully equipped kitchen, very clean, grandiose swimming pool. We took advantage of the large barbecue (practical for enjoying grilled food at the same time) There are many restaurants with different specialties on the avenue and on the beachfront. Everything can be done on foot, we will surely return there in summer.
Nous sommes heureux de la recommandation de nos amies. Cette villa a une âme. L'intérieur comme l'extérieur sont très spacieux avec plusieurs ambiances, jardin fleuries, cuisine super équipée, piscine grandiose très propre. Nous avons profité du grand barbecue (pratique pour savourer les grillades en même temps)
Il y a de nombreux restaurants avec différentes spécialités sur l'avenue et sur le bord de plage. Tout peut se faire à pied, que du bonheur on y reviendra sûrement en été.
