This apartment was everything that was promised. Right on the harbour, a 3 minute walk to the beach. A private and free parking spot. Free wifi, a smart tv. Kitchen was well equipped. Airco worked perfect. A nice shower and a big closet but also a washing machine. The host was kind and easy to talk to. But the concierge was also very helpful, they both speak good english as well. We enjoyed every minute
Really nice holiday home with enough space for clothes and baggage. Everything we needed was available, even toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. The beach is right across the road and there was a big playground 100 m away. For us very handy was the gate for the whole property so that our toddlers couldn't run onto the road. The owner was also very nice and her mother, who lives there, even brought us fresh lemons and eggs and lots of toys for our kids.
We had a really lovely holiday. The house is new, very beautiful and comfortable, just a few meters from the sea. I loved waking up early and bathing at dawn. We often ate at the little restaurant nearby. A regenerating holiday.
We had a lovely holiday at Les Mimosas. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was well equipped. Our hostess made us feel very welcome, with fresh fruit and supplies on arrival and was very flexible in accommodating our arrival time, even though our flight had been delayed. The views from the balcony were great, and our children enjoyed the swimming pools and nearby beaches. It was a great location in a beautiful, peaceful spot. Would definitely recommend.
Beautiful house, just in front of the beach, comfortable place, quite and peaceful.
No tourists at all, just local people. I recommended to everyone.
Just one thing, you need a car if you want to move to the supermarket, restaurants or shopping.

We stayed in this villa for a week in October and had previously received very helpful emails from Antonio and Donna - a quick response to our initial inquiry. We had mobile contact when we arrived in Italy with good instructions from Donna on how to find the property. We arrived in atrocious weather and Donna was most concerned, particularly as the whole area had a power cut! Happily not for long. The local supermarket stocked candles.
The villa is spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed. There is a beautiful garden, with many plants and terraces, front and back, to enjoy the sea view and the garden. Plenty of garden furniture and a barbecue [ with fuel! ].
It is ideally situated for visiting the southern heel of Italy.
Thank you for a lovely stay. We hope that Donna is enjoying her English Language course. If we come to Puglia again we would consider hiring Villa Salento.
We perfectly spent our holidays on the seashore in this hospitable house. There is all to enjoy rest - a garden, a barbecue, the pure warm sea and a fine uncrowded beach. Owners are always ready to help if it is required. In easy availability from the house the most interesting sights of Sicily - Noto, Modika, Ragusa, Syracuse, Etna and others. We hope sometime to return here again.

The apartment had a superb position, within a few meters of a beautiful sandy beach. Swimming was excellent because there wasn't a current and the beach had a very gentle slope, idea for a young family .
The apartment was comfortable and clean with a use of a secure garden and patio.
Both Angela and Davide were extremely pleasant and helpful.
It was a most relaxing experience.
We should have made Noto our main near town rather than Avola.
Noto is much more interesting and has a greater range of eating places. It is not easy to navigate round Avola's one-way system!
At Villa Conchiglia di Rosamarina di Ostuni it was nice to fall asleep lulled by the sound of the surf and wake up with the lapping of the waves. Unforgettable were the relaxing evening walks on the shoreline since the beach was practically just outside the front door. If we then add the possibility of attending shows, musical events and recreational activities in the play area, we feel like packing our bags and returning to the seaside as soon as possible, in the well-organized, clean and welcoming villa just a stone's throw from the waves, which hosted us in September. And last but not least, thanks to the owners Licio and Enza, exquisite people, hospitable, available but discreet, ready to intervene in case of need. A beautiful holiday! Mara and Mario
A Villa Conchiglia di Rosamarina di Ostuni è stato bello addormentarsi cullati dal suono della risacca e svegliarsi con lo sciabordio delle onde. Indimenticabili le rilassanti passeggiate serali sulla battigia poiché la spiaggia era praticamente appena fuori l’uscio di casa.
Se aggiungiamo poi la possibilità di assistere a spettacoli, eventi musicali e le attività ludiche nell’area giochi ci torna la voglia di fare le valigie e tornare al mare al più presto, nella villetta ben organizzata negli spazi, pulita ed accogliente a due passi dalle onde, che ci ha ospitato in settembre.
Ed infine, ma in cima a tutto, un grazie ai proprietari Licio ed Enza, persone squisite, ospitali, disponibili ma discreti, pronti ad intervenire in caso di necessità.

We had a great week of vacation in this apartment. A very warm welcome by the owners. The apartment is stunning, offering a beautiful view, beach side, swimming pool and another on the lake and the city. It is very well equipped oven, washing machine, dishwasher and several models of coffee makers. No negative point apart from a piece of furniture to add or leave space in a cupboard to be able to store groceries and a vacuum cleaner may need to be renewed because it has lived and makes a lot of noise but nothing annoying to spend a great vacation :) We will not hesitate to rent it again in a few years. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans cet appartement. Un très bel accueil par les propriétaires. L’appartement est renversant, offrant une belle vue, côté plage, piscine et une autre sur le lac et la ville. Il est très bien équipé four, machine à laver, lave vaisselle et plusieurs modèles de cafetières. Pas de point négatif à part un meuble à rajouter ou laisser de l’espace dans un placard pour pouvoir ranger les courses et un aspirateur peut être à renouveler car il a vécu et fait beaucoup de bruit mais rien de gênant pour passer de superbes vacances :)
Nous n’hésiterons pas à le relouer dans quelques années.

House complete with everything including shower on the terrace very convenient for removing the sand before entering the house. Excellent location practically on the beach you can't ask for better. Enchanting and spacious terrace where you can eat overlooking the sea. I recommend this apartment for its location and beautiful sea.
Casa completa di tutto compreso doccino in terrazza comodissimo per tirare via la sabbia prima di entrare in casa. Posizione ottima praticamente sulla spiaggia non si può chiedere di meglio. Terrazzo incantevole e spazioso dove è possibile mangiare con affaccio sul mare. Consiglio questo appartamento per posizione e mare bellissimo.
