The apartment is very close to the beach(2 minutes) and have everything what a couple need(a fully equipped kitchen,bed for two and bathroom with cleaning supplies).
My husband and I had a great time there,we can only recommend.
The owner is very kind and helpful,she is great.
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Christine was lovely and warmly welcomed us. The location was perfect, everything we needed was in walking distance and we loved Antibes! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was well equipped. We will definitely be back soon.
A wonderful apartment in a perfect location: unblocked views over the sand dunes and a 10 minutes walk to the best baker in town or the main shopping area.
The landlord is very attentive and responsive. We felt looked after while privacy has been given.

Highly recommended if you want to spend a lovely holiday by a beautiful sandy beach in Ostend. Renee was very friendly and great to deal with and the flat was ideally situated within a short walk of the Kusttram to travel up and down the Belgian coast. Ideal for a couple, but has 2 double beds so we managed ok for a week with our youngest teenage son.Would certainly return one day !
Nice and clean (except for the balcony) and superb location in the center of Menton. View only towards backyard, but because of this it is very quiet despite the central location.
Two vacuum cleaners. Sparks and smoke from one of them, problems with the button releasing the wire on the other. This was not a major problem, though.

We had a really nice time in this apartment, its main advantage to be close to the pedestrian street, the seaside and the beaches. The main shopping street is approximately 15 minutes walk. The old town is around 20-30 minutes walk.
The neighbourhood is safe, with several cafes and shops around, including supermarkets and bakeries.
The apartment is fully equipped and tastefully furnished. It is comfortable for 2 person, very cosy, consist a small balcony.
The owner was very helpful and organised, indeed trustworthy.
Considering all the above it is highly recommended.

Super friendly welcome from the owner of the villa, we arrived at 11:30 p.m. and no problem, he was there. The studio is 150 m from the sea with a small beach and very close to the amenities of Porto-Vecchio, its Port and the village. The studio is very clean and the owner always attentive to the slightest problem. Only downside internet! TV!! excellent stay
Accueil super sympathique du propriétaire de la villa, nous sommes arrivés à 23h30 et aucun problème, il était là. Le studio est à 150 m de la mer avec une petite plage et très proche des commodités de Porto-Vecchio de son Port et du village. Very nice apartment for 2 people, very clean and functional. Nothing is missing, dishes, household appliances. It really conforms to the ad. Geographic location idem conforms to the ad, very beautiful view of the sea and close to all shops, no need for a vehicle. Its strong point, the calm. We had a very nice week, I highly recommend. Situation géographique idem conforme à l'annonce, très belle vue sur la mer et proche de tous les commerces, pas besoin de véhicule. Son point fort, le calme. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine, je recommande vivement. De plus, le propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questa casa, piccola ma molto accogliente e funzionale. Attrezzata, in una posizione comoda, con giardino e posto auto. Davvero molto carina, consigliatissima! Inoltre l'host è stato davvero molto gentile!
