A magnificent terrace surrounded by high mountains and with sea view, on the highest floor of an ancient farmhouse where lemons are grown. We found silence, peace and freedom. The very fresh, tidy and clean apartment has completed our holiday in the beautiful Sorrento Peninsula.
magnifico terrazzo circondato dalle alte montagne e con vista mare, nel piano più alto di un antico casale dove si coltivano limoni. Abbiamo trovato silenzio, pace e libertà. L'appartamento molto fresco, ordinato e pulito ha completato la nostra vacanza nella bellissima penisola sorrentina.

Andrea and his family are lovely people. The rental description conforms to reality and sea view from the terrace is sublime. very pleasant stay for alternate tour of the Amalfi Coast and relaxation. Small flat Andréa but not attributable to the Italy's policy, the beaches are almost all paid. We must look to find pleasant places to swim but not paid. We found just outside SORRENTO about 2 or 3 kilometers, heading along the Amalfi peninsula to the cliffs accessible with stairs for swimming and you can then dry on the rocks. A priori this corner is known local and hotels can not seize it because it is too rough. Parking on a paid parking lot in a corner and then count 1/4 walking time. To access Andrea in a small car is necessary as he says (we had a Fiat 500 and not more needed).
Andrea et sa famille sont des gens charmants. Le descriptif de la location est conforme à la réalité et la vue sur mer de la terrasse est sublime.
Séjour très agréable pour alterner visite de la côte amalfitaine et farniente.
Petit bémol non imputable à Andréa mais à la politique de l'Italie, les plages sont quasiment toutes payantes. Il faut bien chercher pour trouver des lieux de baignade agréables mais non payants.
Nous avons trouvé à la sortie de SORRENTO à environ 2 ou 3 kilomètres en se dirigeant le long de la presqu'ile vers Amalfi des falaises accessibles avec escalier pour la baignade et où vous pouvez ensuite vous sécher sur les rochers.
A priori ce coin est connu des locaux et les hôtels ne peuvent s'en emparer puisque c'est trop accidenté. Se garer sur un parking payant dans un virage et ensuite compter 1/4 d'heure de marche.
Pour accéder chez Andrea une petite voiture est nécessaire comme il l'indique (nous avions une fiat 500 et il ne fallait pas plus).

The apartment was very clean when we arrived. The owners were friendly and available. Lemons, tomatoes and tomato sauce, all "home " of course, we were waiting on our arrival. The apartment is very nice (the one with two bedrooms), the view of the Gulf of Naples is beautiful. The region is ideal for visits: Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, Paestum, Capri ... but less to the beach: small, hard to reach, but in charge beautiful settings or a little later (great beaches of the Gulf of Salerno).

Des citrons, des tomates et de la sauce tomate, le tout "maison" bien entendu, nous attendaient lors de notre arrivée.
L’appartement est très agréable (celui avec 2 chambres), la vue sur le golf de Naples est magnifique.
La région est propice aux visites : Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Naples, Pompei, Herculanum, le Vésuve, Paestum, l’île de Capri... mais moins à la plage : petites, difficiles d'accès, payantes mais dans de beaux cadres ou un peu loin (grandes plages du golf de Salerne).

The pool is big, the water is cleaned daily and the temperature always very pleasant. Around it, a pretty garden with a lawn and several places to sit, lay down and relax. The apartment is open and modern space with a bathroom with a big shower and a kitchen with everything you might need. Even if you wanted to bake a cake! But I did not have to the Mrs Costa made me a lovely chocolate and orange one for my birthday. These are the small touches que made me really enjoy my stay and not want to leave. I highly recommend it, for any time of year.

The location is perfect for anyone seeking peace andprivacy but at the same time proximity to conveniences like supermarkets, ATMs, petrol station, local restaurants and Sesimbra - one drive less than 10 minutes away. The pool is large, clean water daily and always very pleasant temperature. Around a beautiful garden with lawned organized, with several places to sit, lie down and relax. The space in the apartment is open, with modern bathroom with large shower and a kitchen with everything you might need. Even if he wanted to make a cake! Ms. Costa has made me a chocolate and orange spectacular climbs as it was my birthday. Are small details so they made my stay very well done and will never go away. Recommend for any time of year.

Quando chegamos ao alojamento (depois de umas fáceis instruções dadas pelo Sr Costa) fomos recebidos muito bem e de forma amigável.
A localização é perfeita para alguém que procure sossego e privacidade mas ao mesmo tempo proximidade de conveniências como supermercados, multibanco, bomba de gasolina, restaurantes locais e Sesimbra - uma viagem de carro a menos de 10 minutos de distancia.
A piscina é grande, limpa diariamente e a agua sempre de temperatura muito agradável. Em redor, um jardim organizado muito bonito com relvado, com vários sítios para sentar, deitar e relaxar.
O espaço no apartamento é aberto, moderno com casa de banho com chuveiro grande e cozinha com tudo o que se possa necessitar. Até se quisesse fazer um bolo! A Sra Costa fez-me um de chocolate e laranja espectacular como sobe que era o meu aniversario.
São pequenos detalhes assim que fizeram a minha estadia muito bem passada e com vontade de nunca ir embora.
Recomendo para qualquer altura do ano.

We enjoyed this holiday, because of its location, but especially welcome, cleanliness, availability of homeowners facing small problem of access, it is better not to have too large a vehicle, its location, which finally can visit the various sites. So, I would say that happiness and wonderful memories!
Nous avons apprécié cette location, tant par sa situation, mais surtout l'accueil, la propreté des lieux, la disponibilité des propriétaires face au petit souci de l'accès, mieux vaut ne pas avoir un véhicule trop large, enfin sa situation géographique qui permet de visiter les divers sites.

The apartment is very well equipped, the view from the terrace is beautiful. The state of the cleanliness was exceptional, it is rare to find an apartment as clean! There was even food staples at our arrival. This old house has lots of charm. The welcome and contact with the owners was very warm. The only slight drawback is access because the street is very narrow, do not have a car too broad. But we could always park not too far from home. The owner came to pick up our luggage with his vehicle. A very good address.
L'appartement est très bien aménagé, la vue depuis la petite terrasse est magnifique. L'état le propreté était exceptionnel, il est rare de trouver un appartement aussi propre!!! Il y avait même des denrées alimentaires de première nécessité à notre arrivée. Cette ancienne maison a beaucoup de charme. L'accueil et le contact avec les propriétaires fut très chaleureux.
Le seul petit inconvénient est l'accès car la rue est très étroite, il ne faut pas avoir une voiture trop large. Mais nous avons toujours pu stationner pas trop loin de la maison. Le propriétaire est venu chercher nos bagages avec son véhicule.
Une très bonne adresse.
