Very nice accommodation with new interiors and furnished with care, very clean and well equipped. For a couple it is perfect. The location is excellent to enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. Possibility to park the car on the property, the outdoor shower is also very convenient. The owner is very nice and available for any need. Highly recommended accommodation. We will be back

Bianca's house made us fall in love as soon as we saw it: immersed in the dune full of flowers and colours, a few steps from the sea, in a private and quiet area, with kilometers of beach at our disposal! after the emotion, the reason: the house is perfectly equipped, with a kitchen equipped with everything needed for even a prolonged stay like ours, and very well laid out, the veranda is in the shade at lunchtime, so we always been able to eat outside and stay a while to enjoy the coolness and light of Sardinia, which is unique. La casa di Bianca ci ha fatto innamorare non appena l'abbiamo vista: immersa nella duna piena di fiori e di colori, a pochi passi dal mare, in una zona riservata e tranquilla, con kilometri di spiaggia a nostra disposizione! dopo l'emozione, la ragione: la casa è prfettamente attrezzata, con una cucina dotata di tutto ciò che occorre per un soggiorno anche prolungato come il nostro, e molto ben disposta, la veranda è in ombra all'ora di pranzo, così abbiamo potuto mangiare sempre fuori e rimanere un pò a goderci il fresco e la luce della Sardegna, che è unica. Una vacanda indimenticabile. grazie Bianca per averci ospitato così bene!
A very nice house in a great quiet location, clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. we would love to come back. Perfect for people who like peace and quiet and want to avoid the hustle and bustle! everything you need can be reached in 10 minutes by car. nice day trips in the area possible.
Ein sehr schönes Haus in toller ruhiger Lage, sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. wir kommen gerne wieder. Perfekt für Leute, die Ruhe mögen und Trubel meiden möchten! alles notwendige ist aber in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. schöne Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung möglich.

Posto magnificamente magnifico entri in acqua esattamente a 300 metri dopo una splendida passeggiata in mezzo alla natura con il vento che ti accarezza i capelli noi con nostra figlia disabile in carrozzella con un leggero sforzo raggiungiamo la spiaggia incontrando per la camminata persone simpatiche è a volte una tartaruga simpaticissima,lo spazio che divide la casa dal mare è una carica di natura e di libertà. La struttura è comodissima noi ci siamo stati tutti comodissimi, semplice ma ben organizzata unico consiglio un aggiunta di una lavastoviglie non sarebbe male,doccia esterna comodissima ed una veranda grandissima che accoglie una grande famiglia dove non si soffre per niente il caldo anche perché soffia un venticello rigenerante di notte-notte siamo stati accompagnati dalla sinfonia del mare insomma che dire non solo una vacanza per il corpo ma anche per la mente... Grazie

Beautiful cottage right in the dunes by the sea. Very relaxing by absolute peace without traffic. Located on a large, private property with private beach access. We had a completely relaxing holiday even with "own " turtle!
Wunderschönes Häuschen direkt in den Dünen am Meer. Sehr erholsam durch absolute Ruhe ohne Autoverkehr. Liegt auf einem großen, privaten Grundstück mit privatem Strandzugang.
Wir hatten einen absolut erholsamen Urlaub sogar mit "eigener" Schildkröte!

We stayed in 9 guys, great cottage, quiet and no neighbors. The owner is very kind and always available for any problem. House with barbecue and you can dine out on the verandah with breathtaking sunsets. The house is a 5-minute drive from the sea. Recommended !!
Abbiamo alloggiato in 9 ragazzi, villetta ottima, tranquilla e senza vicini di casa. Proprietaria gentilissima e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi problema. Casa dotata di barbecue ed è possibile cenare fuori sulla veranda con tramonti sul mare mozzafiato. La casa dista 5 minuti di macchina dal mare. Consigliata !!
We spent 7 wonderful days to third. The landlords were very polite and accommodating. The small villa has everything you need to spend relaxing holidays. The beach is only 3 minutes walk from the house. Fine sand beach. Ideal for children. Very little visited. And we were there at the end of July. Our little daughter had fun without end. The nearest small town Badesi is only 5 minutes away by car. Since you can buy everything necessary. The small villa has 2 bathrooms with shower, 3 bedrooms, a large master bedroom with kitchen, dining and living room. Outside, it has a large veranda with deckchairs and a large dining table to eat outside. Steingrill, Aussendusche and of course a large parking lot. The evenings can be enjoyed wonderfully. The only drawback is the small path leading from the main road to the villa. (About 500m) This is very stony and bumpy. You have to drive very slowly and carefully.

Die Vermieter waren sehr höflich und entgegenkommend.
Die kleine Villa verfügt über alles nötige um entspannte und schöne Ferien zu verbringen.
Der Strand ist nur 3 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Feiner Sandstrand. Ideal für Kinder. Sehr wenig besucht. Und wir waren Ende Juli da. Unsere kleine Tochter hatte Spass ohne Ende.
Der nächste kleine Ort Badesi ist nur 5 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Da kann man alles nötige einkaufen.
Die kleine Villa hat 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche, 3 Schlafzimmer, einem grossen Hauptzimmer mit Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer.
Draussen hat es eine grosse Veranda mit Liegestühlen und noch ein grosser Esstisch um auch draussen essen zu können.
Steingrill, Aussendusche und selbstverständlich ein grosser Parkplatz.
Die Abende können wunderbar genossen werden.
Einziger Nachteil ist der kleine Weg, der von der Hauptstrasse zur Villa führt. (ca. 500m)
Dieser ist sehr steinig und holperig. Man muss sehr langsam und vorsichtig fahren.

The house is very comfortable, clean and decorated in a simple but cured by the owner; There are two bathrooms and a spacious and bright kitchen. It is comfortable with outdoor shower, BBQ, furnished verandas and fresh. The silence reigns except the screech of cicadas. And 'it immersed in a Mediterranean nature unspoiled and beautiful. The house is located within walking distance of a sandy beach so undeveloped that seems private. Not far away there is a well stocked supermarket and with good prices. The village of Badesi finally is simple, non-touristy, but cute.
La casa è veramente comoda, pulita e arredata in modo semplice ma curato direttamente dalla proprietaria; ci sono due bagni e una cucina ampia e luminosa. In esterno è comodissima con la doccia, il barbecue, una veranda arredata e fresca. Il silenzio regna sovrano salvo lo stridere delle cicale. E' immersa in una natura mediterranea incontaminata e bellissima. La casa si trova a pochi passi da una spiaggia di sabbia talmente poco frequentata che sembra privata. A poca distanza c'è un supermercato molto fornito e con buoni prezzi. Il paese di Badesi infine è semplice, poco turistico, ma carino.
Perfect location. Description too. One small problem: Shower not live up to the lease. Booths too small. And electrical circuit breaker problem of the two showers running. Put that aside, no complaints. But overall satisfied.
