All was very good. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description. The residential complex is very well maintained and the residents are friendly and respectful. Two places in the apartment are a little small (kitchen and shower), but that adds to its charm and we only keep good memories. Key collection was flexible and hassle-free and the keyless apartment door (with personal code) is very convenient. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The city is not touristy, which we liked a lot. The beach may not be as picturesque as other places, but the proximity to Barcelona and other typical tourist spots leaves all options open.

La recogida de llaves fue flexible y sin problemas y la puerta del apartamento sin llave (con código personal) es muy práctica. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado.
La ciudad no es turística, lo cual nos gustó mucho. Puede que la playa no sea tan pintoresca como otros lugares, pero la proximidad a Barcelona y otros lugares turísticos típicos deja todas las opciones abiertas.

You will find all the necessary comfort there, a stone's throw from amenities (supermarkets, parking, metro, bus, market, restaurants). The owner is very welcoming, friendly and gives good advice. We recommend him without hesitation, especially since he speaks French, English, Spanish (and German) perfectly. It's a real plus. The apartment has no windows overlooking the street, so it is quieter with its openings onto the interior courtyard and the rear of the building. Appartement propre, climatisé et bien agencé, conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Vous y trouverez tout le confort nécessaire, à deux pas des commodités (supérettes, parking, métro, bus, marché, restaurants).
Le propriétaire est très accueillant, sympathique et de bons conseils. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter, d'autant plus qu'il parle parfaitement français, anglais, espagnol (et allemand). C'est un vrai plus.
L'appartement n'a aucune fenêtre donnant sur la rue, donc plus au calme avec ses ouvertures sur la cour intérieure et l'arrière du bâtiment.

My siblings and I, aged between 58 and 69, stayed in the apartment of the landlord Francis for a week. A very nice, polite and helpful person who also speaks several languages perfectly, the apartment including the furnishings is perfectly thought out and everything is there as described. The deposit was returned to me in cash when I left. Many thanks again to the landlord. The apartment is also in a central location and you can walk to everything.
Meine Geschwister und ich im Alter zwischen 58-69 waren für eine Woche in der Wohnung des Anbieters Francis .... Eine sehr nette höfliche und hilfsbereite Person spricht auch mehrere Sprachen perfekt ,die Wohnung inklusive der Ausstattung ist perfekt durchgedacht alles vorhanden wie beschrieben.die Kaution wurde mir bei Abreise bar zurückgegeben. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter nochmals.Die Wohnung ist auch in zentraler Lage man hat alles zu Fuß ablaufen können.

The apartment is central but quiet. Francis is super nice and kindly picked us up from the bus stop. He was always available and communication was totally uncomplicated. We would definitely recommend the apartment and would love to come back!

Super modern apartment very quiet, located in the center of Barcelona with access to the metro and bus, market, supermarket and bakery 2min away, 12min from the port, 15/20 min from Montjuic... perfectly equipped, good bedding. Francis gave us a great welcome and is very accommodating, and also gave us a good description of the activities to do and see. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back!!

Apartment very well located in Barcelona. Traveling by public transport is easy. Communication with the owner is smooth. The bedding is very good and the apartment is very well equipped. Only problem encountered: we had electric shocks while taking our shower, probably due to a faulty connection to the ground. The owner is aware of the issue. A great vacation with great memories!

Seul problème rencontré : nous avions des décharges électriques en prenant notre douche du sûrement à un défaut de raccord au sol. Le propriétaire est au courant du souci.

We had a great stay in this rental! Ideally located in Barcelona, close to transport, many activities can be done on foot! The proximity to the greenery of Montjuic is appreciable. The accommodation is well equipped (washing machine etc.), appreciable when you stay for several days.

Very pleasant and bright secure apartment, well laid out with a large living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms with very practical dressing room, bathroom with walk-in shower. Washing machine, dishwasher. Clean accommodation. About 20 minutes from Las Ramblas. Reception of the friendly owner, speaks French. No garage with the accommodation, the owner offered us paid parking right next door. I recommend it!

The apartment is in a pleasant residential area, in a very quiet location, suitable for families and for those who want to spend holidays by the sea in a place convenient to the beach and the main services (shops, train station).

Check in and check out went very well! The apartment is outdated, but clean and functional. The balcony is very large with a wonderful view of the sea and mountains. The camp is awesome! We were in Barcelona within 25-30 minutes by train. The train departs every 10 minutes. The way back from Barcelona was also problem-free. The last train leaves around 11pm. The beach was very close and easy to walk to. The beach was unsuitable for children who cannot swim. The water goes steeply downhill quite quickly and the smallest wave throws you off. It's fantastic for swimmers! The beach and the water are very clean. We had a pleasant stay.
Check in und check out sind sehr gut abgelaufen! Die Wohnung ist veraltet eingerichtet, aber sauber und Zweckmäßig. Der Balkon ist sehr groß, mit wunderbarer Sicht auf Meer und Berge. Die Lager ist genial! Wir waren mit dem Zug innerhalb von 25-30 min in Barcelona. Der Zug fährt alle 10 min. ab. Auch der Rückweg von Barcelona war problemlos. Der letzte Zug fährt ca. 23Uhr. Der Strand war sehr nahe und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Für Kinder, die nicht schwimmen können, war der Strand ungeeignet. Es geht im Wasser recht schnell steil abwärts und bei der kleinsten Welle wird man geschleudert. Für Schwimmer ist es fantastisch! Der Strand und das Wasser sind sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
