Excellent chalet for a large group of people. Some areas are a bit tired but in the main the chalet is very comfortable with good facilities and lovely views.
It is a nice and clean house, enough space and the outdoor area is lovely with a large terrace, lawn and jacuzzi. The owners are nice and respond quickly. A pipe burst in our kitchen, causing water to continue flowing, this was around 8 p.m., but within fifteen minutes someone was on our doorstep and tackled the problem and the next day a handyman came and fixed it. Love this fast service! The only disadvantage is that there are relatively few shared toilets for 30 people, so there is often a wait. The bedrooms consist of a maximum of 4 beds, which is very relaxing.
Het is een fijn en schoon huis, genoeg ruimte en de buitenruimte is heerlijk met een groot terras, grasveldje en de jacuzzi. De eigenaren zijn fijn en reageren snel.
Bij ons is een leiding in de keuken gesprongen waardoor water bleef stromen, dit was rond 20u in de avond maar binnen een kwartier stond iemand op de stoep en heeft het probleem aangepakt en de volgende dag is een klusjesman gekomen en heeft het verholpen. Fijn deze snelle service!
Het enige nadeel is dat er relatief weinig gezamenlijke wc's zijn voor 30man, waardoor het vaak wachten is.
De slaapkamers bestaan uit maximaal 4 bedden wat erg relaxt is.
Really everything is great!! Just the stone appliances which for some are too old to work or lack of sockets in the living room which cuts out the electricity but given the number of extension cords available we got by!

Comfortable chalet, in a cul-de-sac, quiet, large enough and very well appointed for 10 people, with sauna and wood stove. Quite a few stairs, to be avoided with young children or people with reduced mobility. Several lounge areas which allow everyone to have quiet or play areas. Beautiful tableware which is appreciated when you go there for Christmas parties. Very well equipped with household appliances or kitchen accessories. A downside on the cleanliness of the pillows and mattress protectors, but the mattresses are comfortable. Please note that there are no shops nearby, no bakery. You have to take the car or the shuttles. You also have to budget for electricity, we paid ?120 for 8 people without excess consumption, probably due to the underfloor heating which we never managed to adjust. We were satisfied with our stay, in my opinion it was very good value for money. Finally, very good communication with the owner and the person who welcomed us. We will return with pleasure.
Chalet confortable, dans une impasse, au calme, suffisamment grand et très bien aménagé pour 10 personnes, avec sauna et poèle à bois. Pas mal d'escaliers, à éviter avec de jeunes enfants ou personnes à mobilité réduite. Plusieurs espaces salons qui permettent à chacun d'avoir des espaces de calme ou jeux.
De la belle vaisselle ce qui est appréciable lorsque l'on y va pour les fêtes de noél.
Très bien équipé en électroménager ou accessoires de cuisine.
Un bémol sur la propreté des oreillers et protège matelas, mais les matelas sont confortables.
A noter qu'il n'y a pas de commerce à proximité, pas de boulangerie. Il faut prendre la voiture ou les navettes.
Il faut également prévoir un budget pour l'électricité, nous avons payé 120 € pour 8 personnes sans excès de consommation, probablement dû au chauffage au sol que nous n'avons jamais réussi à régler.
Nous avons été satisfait de notre séjour , c'est selon moi un très bon rapport qualité prix.
Pour finir, très bonne communication avec la propriétaire et la personne qui nous a accueilli.
Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
A very nice house, very extensive kitchen arsenal, good quality of the mattresses, very nice bathroom, in short, we were very satisfied with this house. The contact with Claude was also very good.
Een ontzettend mooi huis, zeer uitgebreide keukenarsenaal, goede kwaliteit van de matrassen, hele mooie badkamer , kortom wij waren erg tevreden over deze woning. Het contact met Claude was ook erg goed.
Owner very responsive to our requests. Housing conforms to the description. Housing very well located, very close to shops and ski lifts. Housing corresponding to our "expectations".

The accommodation is well kept, completely as described. Very well placed in Chatel, a little away from the Village, it offers beautiful peaceful arrangements and the start of magnificent walks!

Everything was very good. I would nevertheless like to mention the condition and aspect of the access, under construction, which leaves something to be desired for a chalet of this level.

The chalet was wonderful, spacious enough to accommodate the 6 of us. Kitchen was well equipped with enough cutlery, dinnerware and pots and pans to cook for 6. Loved the shower: strong and hot!
Contact with the owner was quick and he was very helpful with providing driving directions and advice and tips.
We had a great week and would certainly recommend this chalet.

Excellent stay in this cottage. Very comfortable, well equipped. Closed garage very practical. Cleaning service at the end of royal stay, quiet area, a little out of Chatel but close to the chairlifts that connect the station (to get there by car is however necessary), and free shuttle service that serves the whole resort very convenient. The only downside (which was not one for us) is that car access is impossible and to enter the cottage there is a small rise from 50 to 100m, but that can be embarrassing for some people . I do not remember having read this detail in the ad, may be precise (it would not have changed for us). Excellent WIFI. And easy contact with the owner. In short very satisfied with this rental.
Excellent séjour dans ce chalet. Très confortable, bien équipé. Garage fermé très pratique. Prestation ménage en fin de séjour royal, quartier calme, un peu excentré de Chatel mais proche des télésièges qui relient la station (s'y rendre en voiture est cependant nécessaire), et service de navettes gratuites qui dessert toute la station très pratique.
Le seul bémol (qui n'en n'était pas un pour nous) c'est que l'accès voiture est impossible et pour entrer au chalet il y a une petite montée de 50 à 100m, mais qui peut être gênante pour certaines personnes. Je ne me souviens pas avoir lu ce détail dans l'annonce, peut être le préciser (ça n'aurait rien changé pour nous). WIFI excellente. Et contact avec le propriétaire facile. Bref très satisfaits de cette location.
To improve lease, it would be nice to have an outdoor shower to the jacuzzi, and have a little over wifi at different locations (home theater, upstairs). No surprises during our stay. Chalet very nice to live with everything needed to thirty people. My guests have fond memories. The contact person (Frank) is highly available and service.
Pour améliorer la location, il serait bien d'avoir une douche extérieur vers le jacuzzi, et avoir un peu plus de wifi à différents endroits (home cinéma, à l'étage).
Aucune mauvaise surprise pendant notre séjour. Chalet très agréable à vivre avec tout le nécessaire pour une trentaine de personnes.
