We stayed a week in this apartment, comfortable and very clean, in a quiet and breezy location. Domenica was very kind, available for any needs during the stay. The apartment has everything you need, from appliances to kitchen utensils. We really enjoyed it, a welcoming feeling of home. We hope to return in the future!
Siamo stati una settimana in questo appartamento, comodo e molto pulito, in posizione tranquilla e ventilata. Domenica è stata gentilissima, disponibile per le eventuali necessità durante il soggiorno. L'appartamento ha tutto quello che occorre, dagli elettrodomestici agli utensili per la cucina. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, una sensazione accogliente di casa. Speriamo di tornare in futuro!

We spent our vacation in the apartment as a family. It is very clean and spacious. There is a large terrace and a barbecue. The description is exactly right! Everything you need is there! There is air conditioning in every room. The area where the apartment is located is quiet. You can get to the center quickly. The landlady is very friendly and can be reached at any time! Wir haben als Familie den Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Es gibt eine große Terrasse und einen Barbecue. Die Beschreibung trifft genau zu! Es ist alles da was man braucht! In jedem Raum gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Die Gegend in der sich die Wohnung befindet ist ruhig. Man ist schnell im Zentrum. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar! Vielen Dank für alles!

The apartment fully met our expectations and was very clean. The welcome was very warm, the advice on visits and the environment was very useful and informed.
We also really liked the little café right next to the rental.
Our only regret: not being able to stay longer!

Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé le petit café juste à côté de la location.
Notre seul regret : n'avoir pu rester plus longtemps !

The apartment is very large, bright and fresh. We were 3 but it is also comfortable for 6/8 people We found everything we needed and it was very clean. The terrace/patio is large and seats 8 comfortably The owner was very helpful and courteous. From the photos it is not clear but there are 2 bedrooms with bunk beds plus a third under each bed ... and then the master bedroom also has its own bathroom .. plus a large bathroom with a nice shower Highly recommended

Dalle foto non si capisce ma ci sono 2 camere con letti a castello più sotto ogni letto un terzo...e poi la camera matrimoniale ha anche il bagno personale.. più un bagno grande con una bella doccia

We were on vacation as a family with 2 small children and really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. There are supermarkets and a restaurant within walking distance. Various beaches and the village of Budoni are just a few minutes' drive away. If we are planning a vacation in this region again, then he would love to come back.
Wir waren als Familie mir 2 kleinen Kindern im Urlaub und haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnungen sehr genossen.
Es gibt Supermärkte und ein Restaurant die Problemlos zu Fuß erreicht werden können.
Verschiedene Strände, sowie die Ortschaft Budoni sind in nur wenigen Autominuten entfernt.
Sollten wir wieder einen Urlaub in dieser Region planen, dann kommen er gerne wieder.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped. A bbq is available in front of the terrace of the apartment. It matched the description and photos. The swimming pool and the garden are very well maintained. The swimming pool is very pleasant and calm, there are deckchairs in good condition, parasols and small garden furniture for meeting in the evening by the pool. The owner who lives above is very discreet and friendly. He offered us a bottle of chilled white wine for our arrival. The proximity of the supermarket accessible on foot in 4 minutes and a plus. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, but there is a charge for parking, as everywhere in Sardinia. I recommend this rental, it is ideal for a family.
L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Un bbq est à disposition devant la terrasse de l'appartement. Il correspondait à la description et aux photos. La piscine est le jardin sont très bien entretenus. La piscine est très agréable et calme, il y a des transats en bon état, des parasols et des petits salons de jardin pour se retrouver le soir au bord de la piscine. Le propriétaire qui habite au dessus est très discret et sympathique. Il nous a offert une bouteille de vin blanc fraiche pour notre arrivée. La proximité du supermarché accessible à pied en 4 mns et un plus. La plage est à 15 mns à pied mais le parking est payant comme partout en Sardaigne. Je conseille cette location, elle est idéale pour une famille.
Rental as described. Very clean accommodation in a beautiful well maintained property. Beautiful situation. Quiet area even in August. Very pleasant welcome by the owners who live on site. Mario and his wife remain very discreet and available for their tenants. Beautiful location where you can admire the sunset every evening while enjoying the terrace.
