A very cozy house with beautiful view on the village and the sea. All material present in the house, we missed only good garden seats, these were outdated and uncomfortable but the rest was really okay. A lovely pool ... The owner was very friendly and helpful

Alles van materiaal aanwezig in het huis, we misten alleen goede tuinzetels, deze waren verouderd en ongemakkelijk maar voor de rest was echt alles in orde. Een heerlijk zwembad...

It is a perfect villa! Clean, enough space, a lovely swimming pool, everything you should need was in the house and near the center of Roses. We had a great holiday!
Very good holiday spent in this accommodation. We lived 100% outside (morning, noon and evening). The outdoor kitchen is a real plus. The location is ideal and quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped, with quality appliances, very good bedding. It is also very well maintained and clean. The view and access to the canal is great. The major asset remains the swimming pool! However, the lack of air conditioning upstairs (bedroom) is very penalizing despite the presence of ceiling fans and a mobile air conditioning unit (very/too noisy). Note that the bed in the second bedroom is a convertible sofa (with good bedding). Communication with Annie went smoothly. To do again without hesitation if air conditioning is added upstairs
Très bonnes vacances passées dans ce logement. Nous avons vécu 100% dehors (matin, midi et soir). La cuisine extérieure est un vrai plus.
L'emplacement est idéal et au calme.
Le logement est très bien équipé, avec des appareils de qualité, une très bonne literie. Il est également très bien entretenu et propre. La vue et accès au canal est top. L'atout majeur reste la piscine!
Néanmoins la non présence de climatisation à l'étage (chambre) est très pénalisante malgré la présence de ventilateurs de plafond et d'une climatisation mobile (très/trop bruyante). A noter que le lit de la deuxième chambre est un canapé convertible (avec une bonne literie).
La communication avec Annie s'est faite sans problème.
A refaire sans hésiter si ajout de la climatisation à l'étage
This rental is truly wonderful. The accommodation is tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. Very well located in Empuriabrava. We did everything on foot: just walk along the canals to go to the beach or the city center and 2 bowling greens are located at the end of the street, a few meters away. Everything was perfect.. Thanks to the kind owners who are always very attentive. My little family and I highly recommend this rental.
Cette location est vraiment formidable. Le logement est aménagé avec gout et il ne manque de rien.
Très bien situé dans Empuriabrava. Nous avons tout fait à pieds : il suffit de longer les canaux pour aller à la plage ou au centre ville et 2 terrains de boules se situent au bout de la rue, à quelques mètres.
Tout était parfait..

Ma petite famille et moi-même recommandons fortement cette location.
The house is centrally located in the town, and you can get to various beaches and the harbor in just a few minutes. There is enough space for 8 people and it has two inviting terraces. We felt very comfortable there with the children and can recommend it.
Das Haus ist zentral im Ort gelegen, wobei man in wenigen Minuten zu unterschiedlichen Stränden und am Hafen ist. Es ist für 8 Personen ausreichend Platz und hat zwei einladende Terrassen. Wir haben uns mit den Kindern dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können es weiterempfehlen.
As a family of four, we rented this holiday home for 2 weeks from the very nice, friendly landlord Carl R. and it was really wonderful. The location is great. It is in a very pleasant residential area and most importantly: you can walk to beautiful beaches and secluded bays. The house has everything you need to feel right at home. It is very tastefully decorated and has a well-equipped kitchen and all the utensils you need. The pool is pure luxury as it is private and not visible. There are several places to sit around the house, depending on whether you want shade or sun. The air conditioning was a great comfort in the heat. We would definitely book the house again and we would have liked to stay longer because we felt really comfortable there!
Wir haben als 4-köpfige Familie dieses Ferienhaus für 2 Wochen von dem sehr netten, sympathischen Vermieter Carl R. gemietet und es war wirklich wunderbar. Die Lage ist super. Es liegt in einer sejr angenehmen Wohngegend und das wichtigste: Man kann zu Fuß an wunderschöne Strände und einsame Buchten gehen Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, um sich direkt zu Hause zu fühlen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine toll ausgestattete Küche, sowie alle Utensilien, die man braucht. Der Pool ist Luxus pur, da privat und nicht einsehbar. Es gibt um das Haus mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten, ja nachdem, ob man gerade Schatten oder Sonne möchte. Die Klimaanlage war in der Hitze ein toller Komfort.
Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben, da wir uns dort super wohl gefühlt haben!
We were very happy with this accommodation. It was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was within walking distance and the surrounding area was very busy, but the house was still quiet. The landlords were also extremely accommodating and friendly. I would book this accommodation again and again. It was a great vacation!
Wir waren mit dieser Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Sie war sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Fußläufig war alles gut zu erreichen und auch die Umgebung war sehr belebt, dennoch ist das Haus still gelegen. Auch die Vermieter waren äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Diese Unterkunft würde ich immer wieder buchen. Es war ein toller Urlaub!
Contacting the owner is very straightforward. The landlady speaks fluent German. Two parking spaces in the courtyard are relatively easy to reach. The house meets Spanish standards. Air conditioning works perfectly. The pool is very clean. Unfortunately there is no coffee machine (only capsules and filters) and no kettle. The washing machine works and there are several refrigerators. The beds are too soft for us. Aside from a couple of minor problems, it's a great place to stay. Definitely recommend it.

Zwei Parkplätze im Innenhof relativ gut zu erreichen. Haus entspricht Spanischen Standards. Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Pool sehr sauber. Leider kein kaffee vollautomat ( nur capsel und Filter) und kein Wasserkocher. Waschmaschine funktioniert und mehrere Kühlschranke. Betten für uns zu weich. Bis auf ein zwei kleine Mängel eine tolle Unterkunft. Klare Weiterempfehlung.
House with an extraordinary and magnificent view, we were able to enjoy superb sunsets. Pleasant facilities, although a few details need improvement, such as bedding. There are no trash cans in the rooms and the bathrooms are old, but overall is very decent, functional and comfortable.

Installations agréables, bien que quelques détails nécessitent des améliorations, comme la literie. Il manque des poubelles dans les chambres et les salles de bain sont anciennes, mais l'ensemble est très correct, fonctionnel et confortable.

Exceptional holidays in an exceptional setting! The villa, the swimming pool, the view of the bay, the proximity to the city center, everything has been thought of for an excellent stay! Thanks to Claire and her husband for all the good advice, the wild beach, the surrounding visits and shops, and the ice cream at Turon, really killer! We will definitely come back and highly recommend!
Vacances exceptionnelles dans un cadre exceptionnel ! La villa, la piscine, la vue sur la baie, la proximité du centre ville, tout y est réfléchi pour passer un excellent séjour !
