In a residence with elevator, the apartment is made up of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a storage room and a large terrace overlooking the Capuchin beaches. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system and each bedroom is equipped with wall fans hung from the ceiling.
On the night side you will find two bedrooms, each with two single beds 90 x 190 cm put together (making a double bed 180 cm) and several storage options.
In the bathroom, you will find a large double sink, a towel dryer and a bathtub.

The terrace has a dining table so you can enjoy a good meal with a breathtaking view of Capuchin Beach.

The environment :
Capucins Beach is a pretty beach located right next to the small Capucins port. Made of sand and gravel, the Plage des Capucins benefits from all the amenities: lifeguard station, toilets, play area for children.
A sandy play area has been created and nearby restaurants make it a safe and pleasant family beach to go to.
And like all the beaches of La Ciotat, it offers an astonishing landscape between the famous Bec de l'Aigle and the enchanting bay.
