Amador villa has all mod cons and a safe swimming pool. The beach is 200 m away. It faces east-south-east. Satellite cable in French, 5 bedrooms, 3 terrasses and 3 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms with a large 140 cm bed + 2 bedroom with 2,90 cm beds + a sofa-bed. A bathroom with bath, hand basin, bidet and toilet. Dining room and equipped kitchen: 2 fridges, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, crockery and tea towels. Another bathroom with shower, hand basin and another with hand basin and toilet,
There is a lovely sea view from the 3 terraces.
Enjoy the balcony in the morning at sunrise to have your breakfast.
There are 600 sqm of land, 200 sqm floor area, barbecue, private parking and garage
Rates are for the whole accommodation and for up to 13 people.
You will have a private and secured pool of 8 x 4 m with sunbaths and garden chairs, a barbecue with light to have barbecues at night next to the pool, and a table for twelve people on the terrace facing the pool. The close vicinity of the sea (150 m away as the crow flies) offers fresh air for people staying on the covered terrace of the first floor. It is a very nice and spacious house for large families. Despite the warmth, thanks to the terrace we can eat outside at lunch or night because there is always a gentle fresh breeze on the terrace. The house is well equipped with space for everyone. What's more, there is a sea view.
