the house is very good, 3 bedrooms, a big living room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a big terrace where you can have lunch. Jean and his wife are very kind and available, they were in the house when we arrived. house clean and complete with all necessary. the view on the gulf is fantastic.
It is a perfect villa! Clean, enough space, a lovely swimming pool, everything you should need was in the house and near the center of Roses. We had a great holiday!
We loved our stay in this amazing apartment! The view is second to none and meant that we barely went out for meals as we felt nowhere would be as nice as sitting gazing out over the sea. There was easy access to fantastic beaches with great snorkelling and swimming. The inside of the apartment was great too, with plenty of space for 6. It is worth noting that sheets are not provided and some of the basics were lacking such as tea towel etc. Also it was extremely hot and we really could have done with some fans. Despite this we would HIGHLY recommend this apartment and we have a really fantastic time. Thank you! Hannah
We rented Alex's lovely apartment for 2 weeks, it is spacious, light & airy with a sea view from one of the bedrooms. Very close to shops and the beach within walking distance. There is free car parking spaces directly outside the building. All the amenities inside the apartment are modern & clean (dining table & chairs, fitted wardrobes in main bedroom, 2 x sofabeds, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, tv, kitchen utensils plates glasses cups pans) There is free wi-fi also! The bathroom is quite small with a shower sink & toilet with enough space to store/place your products. The swimming pools are modern & clean with plenty of space around them to relax. Although the apartment is on the 5th floor there is a lift to go up & down. I found Alex to be a fair & accommodating landlord - I was able to keep contact with him via whatsapp/phone/text if I needed to ask any questions etc.. Overall a very nice holiday in L'escala & I recommend Alex as a good honest landlord & also friendly neighbours & the ladies are lovely who keep the communal area's clean regularly :-)
We had a great stay in this accommodation. Everything was perfect for a great vacation. The apartment is well appointed, very clean, with a very nice terrace. The residence is very quiet, with maritime pine trees and a beautiful swimming pool. Joséphine is very friendly, helpful and responsive. The panoramic view is breathtaking. Accommodation close to the city center of Rosas, beautiful coves, and if you like hiking, leave from Puig Rom where you will find spectacular views of the Gulf of Rosas!! ? ?? ?

Tout était parfait pour passer de belles vacances. L’appartement est bien aménagé, très propre, doté d’une très belle terrasse.
La résidence est très calme, arborée de ses pins maritimes et d’une très belle piscine.
Joséphine est très sympathique, serviable et réactive.
La vue panoramique est à couper le souffle.
Logement à proximité du centre ville de Rosas, de magnifiques criques, et si vous aimez les randonnées, partez depuis Puig Rom vous y trouverez des vues spectaculaires sur le golfe de Rosas!! 🌊 🏔️ 🍇

Incredible stay in a super well located apartment, super clean, with everything you need for a perfect vacation! Super friendly, attentive and dedicated owner who has made our stay super comfortable, pleasant and perfect. The views from the apartment are spectacular! We couldn't believe we were in Salou! In front of the apartment there is a cove (Cala Crans) which is only accessible in 5 minutes on foot (by stairs) and is super pretty and clean. There is a lot of vegetation, pine trees, you can walk and go to a lighthouse (surroundings) and a coastal path that is really spectacular at sunset. You can see almost the entire Costa Dorada from the apartment terrace! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

This rental is truly wonderful. The accommodation is tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. Very well located in Empuriabrava. We did everything on foot: just walk along the canals to go to the beach or the city center and 2 bowling greens are located at the end of the street, a few meters away. Everything was perfect.. Thanks to the kind owners who are always very attentive. My little family and I highly recommend this rental.
Cette location est vraiment formidable. Le logement est aménagé avec gout et il ne manque de rien.
Très bien situé dans Empuriabrava. Nous avons tout fait à pieds : il suffit de longer les canaux pour aller à la plage ou au centre ville et 2 terrains de boules se situent au bout de la rue, à quelques mètres.
Tout était parfait..

We felt very comfortable in the apartment during our vacation. We didn't miss anything and the apartment was exactly like the pictures. Cleanliness was perfect. Dora was very friendly, courteous and helpful. She made our vacation even more beautiful and was always available.

This is a very well-equipped accommodation, with the use of the swimming pool of the adjoining campsite, which is a big plus with children. We had a very good stay there, to be repeated on occasion.
C'est un logement qui est très bien équipé, avec l'usufruit de la piscine du camping attenant, qui est un grand plus avec des enfants. On y a passé un très bon séjour, à renouveler à l'occasion.
Pretty house, ideally located near the beaches of Ametlla de mar. Very pleasant swimming pool, perfectly maintained, with all around dining area, relaxation, plus the outdoor shower and barbecue. Clean interior, sufficient comfort and equipment, mosquito nets and air conditioning. On the other hand, rather for 8: 4 bedrooms. We were well received by Raul and the day of departure went perfectly with his dad. Thank you both for the exchanges and advice. Highly recommended, the country is beautiful. We spent a dream vacation as a family, 3 generations!
Jolie maison, idéalement placée près des plages d'Ametlla de mar. Piscine très agréable, parfaitement entretenue, avec tout autour coin repas, détente, le plus la douche extérieure et le barbecue.
Intérieur propre, confort et équipement suffisant, moustiquaires et climatisation. Par contre plutôt pour 8 : 4 chambres. Nous avons été bien accueilli par Raul et le jour du départ c'est parfaitement passé avec son papa.
Merci à tous les deux pour les échanges et les conseils. Recommandé plus plus, le pays est magnifique. Nous avons passé en famille, 3 générations, des vacances de rêve !

Very nice apartment with everything you could need. Very spacious, bright, 2 very decent bedrooms with wardrobes. Owner attentive to his guests. only regret the view of the parking lot which is lamentable, very dirty. (papers, garbage bags, dead pigeon) What a pity! (You just need to check the plumbing because there is a leak towards the washing machine as well as under the sink, the seal needs to be changed because when I wanted to take a pan, it was filled with water.) (Juste il faudrait vérifier la plomberie car fuite vers la machine à laver aussi que sous l'évier, le joint est à changé car lorsque j'ai voulu prendre une casserole, elle était remplie d'eau.)
