The apartment is in Cavalese, in the center of the Val di Fiemme, magnificent in both summer and winter.
The apt has an independent entrance, with terrace, living room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric hob, oven, fridge etc..), TV, dining area, bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet etc. , a double bedroom and a private car parking space in the covered garage of the residence. Bed linen (you will find the beds made) and towels are also included, as well as all expenses and tourist taxes, paid by the owner, are included in the cost of the apartment. All household appliances are electric, with no risk of emissions.
The town lies on a sunny terrace facing the Lagorai chain. The apartment enjoys a view of mountains, particularly Lagorai chain, Alpe Cermis and the cablecar that take skiers and hikers even in summer, towards spectacular high-altitude panoramas. The Olimpia slope, clearly visible from home, about 7km long, is always one of the top 10 t in Trentino; furthermore, illuminated in the long final part, it allows night skiing on some days of the week.
We are a few minutes walk from the historic center, close to the Cermis cablecar, a few meters from the ski bus stop with which you can reach all the ski resorts of Val di Fiemme and Val di Fassa. In the historic center there are shops of craftsmanship and sportswear, pubs, wine bars, renowned restaurants, perfectly restored buildings, elegant villas and modern sports facilities. Very close a futuristic ice rink where you can skate also in summer and a municipal swimming pool with Spa, with internal and external hydromassage tubs.
A few steps away you can find the Parco della Pieve, with the archpriest church of the Assunta (year 1112) and the "Banco de la reson", where - as in Parliament - the representatives of the "Magnificent Community of Fiemme" managed the forestry heritage of the Valley for a thousand years. Guided and theatrical tours take you to the Palazzo Magnifica Comunità, with a museum-art gallery and nineteenth-century prisons. Another ancient building houses the Museum of Contemporary Art.
Less than a kilometer from home, at the bottom of the valley, flows the beautiful Avisio river, along whose banks the famous cycle path of the Dolomites winds which is used for the Marcialonga ski in January and for the Marcialonga running in September , as well as of course for long bike or walking trips during all the year.

Organizziamo un semplice self check-in per cui potrete arrivare in autonomia. Gli orari sono: check-in dalle 14, check-out dalle 10. Tuttavia se e' possibile, su richiesta, permettiamo uscite ed entrate ad orari diversi. Non sono permesse feste od eventi ed e' vietato fumare. Grazie.
