We had an excellent family stay in this house in the heart of Cayeux, with the sea in sight, in a warm atmosphere, soft lighting and very neat decor and very clean rental. We didn't miss anything, we even found egg cups for boiled eggs, amazing. The only downside is the weather, but that nobody controls. We do not forget to reserve a little note for the lady (key collection) who gave us a very friendly welcome, thank you for her kindness and availability. We keep this address carefully.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison en plein cœur de Cayeux, avec la mer en ligne de mire, dans une atmosphère chaleureuse, éclairage tamisé et une déco très soignée et location très propre.
Nous n'avons manqué de rien, nous avons même trouvé des coquetiers pour des œufs à la coque, incroyable.
Seul bémol la météo, mais ça personne ne maîtrise.
Nous n'oublions pas de réserver un petit mot qui s'adresse à la dame (remise des clés) qui nous a réservé un accueil très sympathique, merci pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.
Nous conservons précieusement cette adresse.
Well organized, spacious apartment, great location near the ocean !! The decor is very pleasant. There are perfect kitchen utensils! The bedrooms upstairs are nice, big! beautiful bathroom. We had an amazing stay! Thanks to the owner !!

Extremely well located, with all facilities (parking, post office, shops, restaurants, etc.) and the seaside a stone's throw away, the house, although a little dilapidated, is very well equipped, it is good to live there, it is bright . The stairs, however, are steep. For people with mobility problems, it is less suitable because the bathroom is upstairs, the toilet downstairs. However, a fold-out bed helped us out in a lower room with sofas, as we were there with elderly people. The 6 of us were greeted wonderfully by the welcoming designated by the owner (with whom contacts have always been very cordial). We will have to ask him to return the warranty, but we assume that there will be no problem on this side. We would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.
Extrêmement bien située, avec toutes facilités (parking, poste, commerces, restaurants, etc.) et le bord de mer à deux pas, la maison, quoique un peu vétuste, est très bien équipée, il y fait bon vivre, elle est lumineuse. L'escalier, cependant, est raide. Pour des personnes avec problèmes de mobilité, elle convient moins car la salle de bain est en haut, la toilette en bas. Un lit pliant nous a toutefois bien dépannés dans une pièce du bas avec canapés, car nous y étions avec des personnes âgées. Nous avons été merveilleusement accueillis à nous 6, par l'accueillante désignée par le propriétaire (avec lequel les contacts ont toujours été très cordiaux). Nous devrons d'ailleurs lui demander le retour de la garantie, mais nous supposons qu'il n'y aura aucun problème de ce côté. Nous y retournerons très volontiers si l'occasion se présente.

The house responds according to the description, all house accommodations were present. We enjoyed authenticity of the fisherman's house. Located near the sea, it is possible to take a walk every day by the sea. Located in the center of the small town, you can go shopping on foot. The person in charge of the house is very nice.

Située près de la mer, il est possible de faire une promenade tous les jours au bord de la mer. Située au centre de la petite ville, on peut de faire les courses à pied. La responsable sur place de la maison est très gentille.
A welcoming and charming house a stone's throw from the beach, in a very pleasant village where you can do everything on foot. To be at the same time to the sea and to the calm, we will return with pleasure.

Gorgeous cottage- much bigger than it seems-3 good sized bedrooms, huge bathroom, 2 living areas, downstairs shower & loo.... great kitchen & super sheltered outside space.
We know the area well- so just spent our week walking .... the car did not move at all.
The seafood of the area is outstanding and great value... the steam train to St Valerie is a must- get the 11am, have another lovely lunch there and catch the train back- a simple but great day out.
The beach is sandy and clean- huge tidal flow... amazing sunsets
The shopping in Le Crotoy is more than adequate- a good Carrefour and some local speciality shops... and a good market too.
We had a super week ... really relaxing- a total step back to simple stuff.
The lack of internet and reliable phone signal was a bit of annoyance- but only because my husband needed to keep in touch with work... but it didnt bother me or the kids too much.
Martine was very friendly with good communications, she met us at the house at the start and end of our break - made everything so easy

Loved the cottage. It was just around the corner from the beach and not far to the local bakery & supermarket. The owner left lots of information on places to visit. Would stay here again. Had a great week
We were very pleased with this warm and comfortable cottage, which matched the description and photos supplied. The location, overlooking the beach and close to shops and restaurants, is great.
If you decide to rent this property, remember to take sheets, (not duvet covers) towels and large, square pillow cases with you as they are not supplied.
You should also be aware of the need to purchase a parking permit -we understand a weekly permit is available from the Mairie. Offseason, we parked in the courtyard as no-one was occupying the adjacent property but that was just good luck. The courtyard is quite difficult to drive into, however.
The owners were very welcoming and available. Everything was well thought out, down to the toilet paper and paper towels. Very practical for traveling light. We were treated to a welcome basket and recommendations for activities to do. The accommodation offers a superb view. The only negative points: - accommodation not very suitable for a family because it is not spacious. - not suitable when looking for a quiet place, because you can hear cars passing by. You also have to have a deep sleep...very early in the morning, you are woken up by the seagulls and the church.

Nous avons eu droit à un panier de bienvenue et des recommandations par rapport aux activités à faire.
Le logement offre une superbe vue.
Les seuls points négatifs :
- logement peu adapté pour une famille car il n'est pas spacieux.
- ne convient pas lorsqu'on recherche un endroit au calme, car on entend passer les voitures.
Il faut avoir le sommeil profond également...le matin très tôt, on est réveillé par les mouettes et l'église.
The accommodation is very good, however there is no cold water in the downstairs bathroom (boiling water) and even more detrimental is the inoperative WIFI which was detrimental for 2 people who wanted to work. This observation is all the more regrettable because the previous tenants had reported it and the owner did not do what was necessary to remedy it. Last point, this accommodation is indicated for 8 people and there are only 6 chairs in good condition, those that count are in very poor condition. Please note that the people who take care of reception and departure arrangements are very warm and available.
Le logement est très correct cependant il n'y a pas d'eau froide dans la salle de bain du bas (eau bouillante) et plus préjudiciable encore le WIFI inopérant ce qui a été préjudiciable pour 2 personnes qui souhaitaient travailler. Ce constat est d'autant plus regrettable car les locataires précédents l'avaient signalé et que le propriétaire n'a pas fait le nécessaire pour y remédier. Dernier point ce logement est indiqué pour 8 personnes et il n'y a que 6 chaises en bon état, celles qui font le compte sont en très mauvais état. A noter, que les personnes qui s'occupent des modalités d'accueil et de départ sont très chaleureuses et disponibles.
Contact was very practical and quick with the owner. The place is quiet, parking is easy and free. The rental was spotlessly clean; visibly refurbished and immediately practical, equipped with the necessary equipment for both cooking and cleaning. Excellent layout of the bedrooms, with cupboards, electric shutters. Immediate proximity to the free funicular, which allows you to avoid driving into Le Tréport. Small supermarket nearby. Le contact a été très pratique et rapide avec le propriétaire. L'endroit est calme, le stationnement aisé et gratuit. La location était impeccablement propre; visiblement remise à neuf et immédiatement pratique, dotée du matériel nécessaire tant en cuisine que pour le ménage. Excellent aménagement des chambres, avec placards, volets électriques. Proximité immédiate du funiculaire gratuit, qui permet de ne pas aller en voiture dans Le Tréport. Petite supérette à proximité. Very charming and thoughtful owners. A bottle of sparkling wine had been put in the refrigerator for us. All went well. The rental is really very clean, with a garden and right in the city center with all the amenities. As for parking, the whole town has paid parking, but the owners have nothing to do with it... This is the case in the towns along the Bay of Somme. A daily rate of 5 euros was very useful to us.
Propriétaires très charmants et plein d'intention. Une bouteille de pétillant nous avait été mise au réfrigérateur. Tout c'est bien passé. La location est vraiment très propre, avec un jardin et en plein centre ville avec toutes les commodités.
Pour le stationnement, toute la ville est en stationnement payant, mais les propriétaires n'y sont pour rien... C'est ainsi dans les villes le long de la baie de Somme. Un forfait journalier de 5 euros nous a bien été utile.
