A lovely property situated in private enclosed grounds. It was very well equipped & we felt very much at home. Only a 5 mins walk to a beach & a 10 mins drive to the main shops in St Pierre.
Perfect location in every way. There were 5 of us, the house is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing. Both inside and out. Quiet location and really close to the beach. We were expected by Gérard, a very friendly person who will give you some tips for discovering Oléron and its surroundings. We had a great stay. I highly recommend this rental.

Top location for 2 families of 4. Each one has their own space. The garden is great as well as the swimming pool. Not overlooked. Everything is done to be peaceful. Perfect welcome by the owners

This comfortable rental is clean, very pleasant, quiet, with a large enough plot of land for children to play peacefully and safely. The house is large enough for 6 people... Large veranda, pleasant and bright. It is not overlooked, 10 minutes walk from Sables Vignier beach. Responsive and friendly owners. Thanks to Geneviève and her husband for welcoming us kindly and sympathetically. We had a very enjoyable and enjoyable holiday with our children, we will come back without hesitation. Florence T.

Cette location tout confort est propre, très agréable, au calme, avec un assez grand terrain pour que des enfants puissent jouer tranquillement et en sécurité . La maison est assez grande pour 6 personnes... Grande véranda, appréciable et lumineuse.
Elle est sans vis à vis, à 10 mn à pied de la plage des Sables Vignier.
Propriétaires réceptifs et aimables.

We had a fantastic family vacation in this house! The rental is very spacious, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. It is a real preserved space, quiet, despite the immediate proximity of the center and the market (5 minutes on foot). The garden and the heated swimming pool allow you to relax after cycling on the many cycle paths of the island. Special mention to the summer lounge (and its adjoining kitchen), which offers the possibility of having lunch in the shade, even in hot weather. Not to mention the excellent welcome, explanations and advice from our host, passionate about his island!
Nous avons passé de fantastiques vacances en famille dans cette maison ! La location est très spacieuse aménagée avec goût et très bien équipée. C'est un véritable espace préservé, tranquille, malgré la proximité immédiate du centre et du marché (5 minutes à pied). Le jardin et la piscine chauffée permettent de se détendre après les ballades en vélo sur les nombreuses pistes cyclables de l'île. Mention spéciale au salon d'été (et sa cuisine attenante), qui offre la possibilité de déjeuner à l'ombre, même par fortes chaleurs. Sans oublier l'excellent accueil, explications et conseils de notre hôte, passionné par son île !
A very pleasant rental, everything was exactly as described. Owner attentive and responsive with a straight line management and precise indications. There was really everything you needed to have a very good stay. I recommend!

Location well located 200 m from the beach, the place inside. On the other hand, little exterior and cleanliness of the shower to be reviewed (floor tiles, moldy joints).

Very nice house, we rented it for 9 people for the Christmas holidays. The house corresponds perfectly to the photos and the descriptions. The house is located in a small, quiet village just next to Chatelaillon. The only point to improve would be a wifi box.
Très belle maison, nous l'avons loué pour 9 personnes pour les fêtes de Noël. La maison correspond tout à fait aux photos et aux descriptifs.

We are very satisfied with the week spent in this house which is very functional, spacious and well equipped. The place is very quiet, the pool is great too. What could be improved: equip the house with wifi, add a few whisk-type kitchen utensils and a pair of scissors and use a little sharper knives.
I highly recommend this rental.
Nous sommes très satisfaits de la semaine passée dans cette maison qui est très fonctionnelle, spacieuse et bien équipée. L’endroit est très calme, la piscine est très bien aussi.
Ce qui pourrait être amélioré : équiper la maison de la wifi, ajouter quelques ustensiles de cuisine type fouet et une paire de ciseaux et mettre des couteaux un peu plus « coupants ».
Je recommande vivement cette location.
