Cocoonr/Bppk&Pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned flat with sea and mountain views is available to rent in the commune of Lumio. Located around 200 m from the beach, this 40 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 21 m² living room with a TV and a double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. and a dining area
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), a large wardrobe and a TV. Direct access to the terrace
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Outside:
- A 17 m² terrace with furniture (1 table, 4 chairs and 2 armchairs) to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Lumio, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor car park.

- Nearest train station: Sant Ambroggio, 600 m away
- Nearest airport: Calvi, 10 km away
