We had a wonderful week at this property. It was furnished to a very high standard with everything we needed and the owners were very welcoming. A 10 minute walk to a fantastic beach and a lovely pool on site. We would love to return, thank you.
The apartment was beautifully appointed and was spotlessly clean. Laurie, the key-holder of the flat for Mr. Ragot, was very helpful and all arrangements were well handled. The apartment was light and airy and the automatic blinds kept it very cool during the warm daytime weather. The area was very quiet, despite being close to the town centre and only a 4-minute walk from the supermarket. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there..........the town is very interesting and the beaches are unspoilt and uncrowded in June. One complaint.......we hired the bed linen and towels for 45E.......bed linen was fine, but there was only one small hand towel each for showering and daily use. Thought that was not good value !! However, everything else was fine.
This is a beautiful apartment - everything you could wish for (other than bed linen and towels - an issue with limited luggage space on budget airlines).
The view is wonderful - the photo does not do it justice. You have a close view of the bay and mountains - breathtaking every time you go out on the sunny balcony.
Air con and all facilities in perfect order. Furniture and fittings all contemporary and good quality.
Great location - 5 minutes walk to the beach and town.

Very quiet location yet a short walk or drive from the beach and all amenities - though a longer walk coming back up the hill! It is hard to imagine a better view from the terrace.

The apartment is well located with quick access to the beach as well as proximity to shops for daily needs and the port without needing to use your vehicle. We were satisfied with the interior space, we were 4 adults: my husband, me and my son with his girlfriend to whom we left the parental suite which was very practical for everyone's privacy. The negative: the air conditioning is very lacking, the fans are not enough (especially at night) and the apartment is quite close to the road which is a bit annoying with the traffic noise; Thanks to Joëlle for her kindness which somewhat erased the worries of the blind which was stuck half open and which we had to fix ourselves so as not to be woken up in the morning by the daylight, on vacation we still like to sleep in.
L'appartement est bien situé avec un accès rapide à la plage ainsi que la proximité des commerces pour le quotidien et du port sans avoir besoin d'utiliser son véhicule.
Nous avons été satisfait de l'espace intérieur, nous étions 4 adultes : mon mari, moi et mon fils avec sa copine à qui nous avons laissé la suite parental qui était très pratique pour l'intimité de chacun.
Le négatif : la climatisation manque énormément , les ventilateurs ne suffisent (surtout la nuit) et l'appartement est assez proche de la route ce qui est un peut gênant avec le bruit de la circulation;
Merci à Joëlle pour sa sympathie qui à un peu effacé les soucies de store qui était bloqué à moitié ouvert et que nous avons du bricoler nous même afin de ne pas être réveillé le matin par le jour, en vacances on aime bien faire quand même la grasse matinée.
We spent two wonderful weeks in Alessia's little house. It was exactly as described and we felt very comfortable there. We have spent our holidays in this small holiday complex several times and we really like it there.

We had a great stay in this accommodation: the house is equipped with everything a vacationer could need, and more. Very pretty, with a garden equipped with a table and chairs (in the shade) where you can pleasantly enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The location is strategic: a minute's walk away there are some restaurants and a large supermarket, a two-minute drive away is the center of Saint-Florent, from where several excursions also depart where it is possible to rent boats and zodiacs. Last but not least: the owners, Jean-Paul and Christine, are lovely people, very kind and available, they made us feel at home. Excellent value for money, I highly recommend this accommodation, even for a family with children as in our case.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement : la maison est équipée de tout ce dont un vacancier peut avoir besoin, et même plus. Très jolie, avec un jardin équipé d'une table et de chaises (à l'ombre) où l'on peut agréablement profiter des petits-déjeuners, déjeuners et dîners. L'emplacement est stratégique : à une minute à pied, on trouve quelques restaurants et un grand supermarché, à deux minutes en voiture se trouve le centre de Saint-Florent, d'où partent également plusieurs excursions où il est possible de louer des bateaux et des zodiac. Dernier point mais non des moindres : les propriétaires, Jean-Paul et Christine, sont des personnes adorables, très gentilles et disponibles, ils nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous. Excellent rapport qualité/prix, je recommande vivement ce logement, même pour une famille avec des enfants comme dans notre cas.

The house is very beautiful and we had a great week. What was especially great was that we were completely alone in the middle house and therefore had no neighbors. So it was very quiet and beautiful. Thank you very much. We will be back.
Das Haus ist sehr schön und wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Toll war vor allem, dass wir ganz alleine im Mittelhaus waren und somit keine Nachbarn. Von daher war es sehr ruhig und schön.

Top rental. Welcome on site by Jöelle who is very welcoming and ready to satisfy our wishes. Very spacious and very clean apartment. Balconies which allow you to be outdoors and eat on the terrace as you wish. The apartment is super well located in relation to the Port, the beach, the city center as well as the stops of the well-known Balagne train which goes to Ile ROUSSE, BASTIA etc. Starting point for many excursions or walks. As for the equipment, no worries, everything is there. Happy holidays to those who read these comments... go ahead!!
Location au top. Accueil sur place par Jöelle qui est très avenante et prête à satisfaire nos souhaits. Appartement très spacieux et très propre. Balcons qui permettent d'être à l'air et manger en terrasse comme il nous convient. L'appartement est super bien situé par rapport au Port, à la plage, au centre ville ainsi qu'aux arrêts du train Balagne très connu qui va à l'Ile ROUSSE, BASTIA etc. Point de départ de beaucoup d'excursions ou de balades. Pour ce qui est de l'équipement, aucun souci, tout y est. Belles vacances à ceux qui liront ces commentaires... allez y !!
Apartment superbly well placed for the beach, the center, everyday shops. Well equipped with even beach games, boards etc. Quiet building with nice parking space. Terrace with sun in the morning and evening ?? Plus, Joëlle, the concierge is super nice ?
