**The space**
Flower gardens actually says it all, our beautiful new-build apartment is decorated with a reference to the flower city of Estepona itself. Enjoy all the comforts that the apartment and the complex have to offer. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, with a double bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom, with nice fitted wardrobes in both rooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, with both a shower and bath. Everything has been thought of in the living room. Six people can enjoy breakfast or dinner at the cozy round dining table. In addition to various TV channels, streaming services are also available on the smart TV. Take a seat on the lounge armchair in front of the window and enjoy the beautiful view of the Sierra Bermeja. The sofa is also a sofa bed and ensures that the apartment is available for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped including a seating area, Nespresso machine and dishwasher, in the utility room you will find the washing machine. On the balcony you have a nice view again and you can take a seat in the lounge chairs.
**The complex**
The complex also has a lovely communal swimming pool in the courtyard with a separate children's area and sunbathing area. There is also a nice playground for children here. You also have access to 2 parking spaces at the bottom of the complex

At the apartment you escape from the hustle and bustle of the center itself, but you can easily visit all amenities on foot in the center and you can walk to the beautiful large beach Playa del Cristo in 10 minutes. Visit the Spanish streets with their cozy restaurants, go shopping in the center with both local shops and the larger chain stores. Don't forget that the largest beach club in Spain is located in Estepona: Laguna Village. The beautiful coastal path of the Costa del Sol also runs along Estepona, which ensures that you can walk or cycle endlessly along the coast. But of course also for the golfers below. The apartment is ideal for us, there are many large and well-known golf courses in the area, including La Duquesa Golf. In short, Estepona is a perfect base for young and old.
