We were on vacation in this beautiful apartment from 21.08.21 to 04.09.2021 and were very satisfied with it. Mr. S. and his mother went out of their way to fulfill all of our wishes. The apartment is fully equipped and very cozy. We felt like at home. We were with our 7 year old daughter and everyone had their room and a large bathroom and huge terrace where we spent every meal. The way to the city's free beach with the bikes took us less than 5 minutes. We drove back and forth 6 times a day to eat, sleep, bathe and walk. The Pam supermarket is just in town, on the way from the beach to the apartment. You can buy anything in the supermarket. The city itself is very lively and there are many restaurants and shops. We only had two excursions and found that the town of Diano Marino is very cozy and quiet, but at the same time very good infrastructure, where you can find everything you need.
So we can highly recommend the apartment and would come again ourselves, as we like Italy very much overall and only in the last four yearsItaly consumed our vacation.
Wir waren im Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung von 21.08.21 bis 04.09.2021 und waren sehr zufrieden damit. Herr S. und seine Mutter haben sich sehr bemüht, alle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefüllt. Wir waren mit unserer 7-jährige Tochter und jeder hatte sein Zimmer und ein großes Bad und riesigie Terrasse, wo wir jede Mahlzeit verbracht haben. Der Weg zum stadtlichen kostenlosen Strand mit den Fahrädern dauerte für uns wenige als 5 Minuten. Wir sind 6 Mal am Tag hin und her zum Essen, Schlafen, Baden und Spazieren gefahren.
Der Supermarkt Pam befindet sich gerade in der Stadt, also auf dem Weg vom Strand zur Wohnung. Im Supermarkt kann man alles Mögliches kaufen.
In der Stadt selber ist sehr lebensvoll und gibt es vielreiche Restaraunts und Läden. Wir haben nur zwei Ausfläge gehabt und feststellte, dass die Stadt Diano Marino sehr gemütlich und ruhig, aber gleichzeitig sehr gute Infrastrukur hat, wo man alles findet, was man braucht.
Also können wir die Wohnung sehr empflehelen und würden selbst wieder kommen, da wir Italien insgesamt sehr mögen und letzte vier Jahren nur in Italien unseren Urlaub verbraucht haben.
Beautiful house, as described and photos, excellent sea view. With all the comforts, apart from the broken and less powerful Phon and the TV that did not turn off sometimes, now obsolete. The only flaw, the parking space, served exclusively as a case, on the courtyard, in line with the others, uncomfortable both to put it, and to make it come out. Arriving even, to give up going out, to do a few laps, to visit nearby places, like Imperia and San Remo, a real shame. Luckily at least, that the center, served by shops and supermarkets, was 600 meters from home, reachable on foot. Finally, the place on the beach, under the house, in front of two adjacent buildings, was served by two umbrellas and five deckchairs, in my opinion too many, I would have preferred two less deckchairs and in their place, a cot, to be able to take better , the sun. The latter, due to the buildings behind him, disappeared already around 17:00. Forcing those like me, who like to enjoy the evening hours, the best, to take the last bath, the day, to go then, to dry, on the rocks, abandoning their post, definitely more comfortable.
Casa bella, come da descrizione e foto, ottima vista mare. Con tutti i comfort, a parte il Phon rotto e poco potente e la TV che non si spegneva a volte, ormai obsoleti. Unica pecca, il posto auto, servito
esclusivamente come custodia, a bordo cortile, in fila alle altre, scomodissimo sia a metterla, che a farla uscire. Arrivando persino, a rinunciare ad uscire, a fare qualche giro, per visitare i posti vicini, come Imperia e San Remo, un vero peccato. Fortuna almeno, che il centro, servito di negozi e supermercati, era a 600 metri da casa, raggiungibile anche a piedi. Infine, il posto in spiaggia, sotto casa, di fronte a due palazzine attigue, era servito da due ombrelloni e cinque sdraio, fin troppe a parer mio, avrei preferito due sdraio in meno e al loro posto, un lettino, da poter prendere meglio, il sole. Quest'ultimo, per colpa dei palazzi alle spalle, spariva già verso le ore 17:00. Costringendo chi come me, che piace godersi delle ore serali, le migliori, per fare l'ultimo bagno, della giornata, ad andare poi, per asciugarsi, sulle rocce, abbandonando la propria postazione, decisamente più comoda.
Great apartment, just like from photography. Lovely location. I would have liked a bit more tranquility, given the location and the period. Unfortunately, however, they were preparing the beach and the noise of the media gave a bit of annoyance. However, it was the time of bath preparation ... so wherever it was. Sin. It should be reported at the time of booking, so that it may be "prepared ". The apartment is really stocked with everything for the kitchen. The only suggestion is that, in my opinion, the cookware should be replaced. Too much used. I would recommend it especially during May and June when prices are "honest ", in other periods the price becomes excessive.
Ottimo appartamento, proprio come da fotografia. Posizione incantevole. Avrei voluto un po più di tranquillità, visto la posizione e il periodo. Purtroppo però stavano preparando la spiaggia ed i rumore dei mezzi ha dato a lungo andare un po di fastidio. E' comunque il periodo della preparazione dei bagni... perciò ovunque era cosi. Peccato. Andrebbe segnalato al momento della prenotazione, in modo che si possa venire "preparati".
L'appartamento è veramente fornito di tutto per la cucina. Unico suggerimento è che, a mio avviso, il pentolame dovrebbe essere sostituito. Troppo usato.
Lo consiglio volentieri soprattutto nei periodi maggio e giugno quando i prezzi sono "onesti", negli altri periodi il prezzo diventa eccessivo.
The apartment was great, sea view feet in the water. Very bright, very clean, very quiet and more private beach. I appreciated it and I wish already rebook for next year but 15 days and 3 rooms with sea view always. I left light and my mother. HAPPINESS. The staff was super knowledgeable, friendly. L'appartement était super, vue mer les pieds dans l'eau. Très lumineux, très propre, très silencieux et en plus une plage privée. J'ai adoré ce séjour et je souhaite déjà relouer pour l'an prochain mais 15 jours et un 3 pièces avec toujours vue mer. Je suis repartie légère ainsi que ma mère. LE BONHEUR. Le personnel était super compétent, gentil.

I spent 15 very pleasant days at the top of the Artallo district in Imperia! Yes you must deserve it if you are on foot, this pretty high point among the vineyards overlooking the sea and its beautiful sunrise! Very nice welcome from Stefania and very nice visits to Porto Maurizio or Oneglia without forgetting the surroundings that you can reach on foot, by bike, by bus or by train if you are without a car! I also enjoyed the beautiful festival of the new olive!

Oui il faut le mériter si l'on est à pied, ce joli point haut au milieu des vignes avec vue sur la mer et ses magnifiques lever de soleil !
Accueil très agréable de Stefania et très belles visites à Porto Maurizio ou Oneglia sans oublier les alentours que vous pouvez rejoindre à pied, en vélo, en bus ou en train si vous êtes sans voiture !
J'ai profité aussi de la belle fête de l'olive nouvelle !

Splendida casa dotata di tutti i comfort con vista mare, immersa in un meraviglioso vigneto. Zona tranquillissima situata in collina, per raggiungere il mare è necessario avere l'auto. Proprietari sul posto, gentilissimi e molto discreti. Nelle vicinanze luoghi incantevoli da visitare e non distante anche la meravigliosa Costa Azzurra. Very nice place without vis-à-vis, in the middle of olive trees. Perfect for rest. The very nice pool is certainly the highlight of the rental, as well as the personality of the super warm owners who reside on the spot in another building and in all discretion.

Ideal rental for a family or a couple of friends, very spacious. The terrace is is well equipped with a stone barbecue, garden lounge is shaded. Ideally located to be quiet with a magnificent view. The pool area is top, flowery, set back from the rental and the size of the pool is great for swimming. The owners Romano and Sara are very hospitable, available and very kind. Excellent stay.
Location idéale pour une famille ou couple d’amis, très spacieuse. La terrasse est est bien équipée avec un barbecue en pierre, salon jardin est ombragé.
Idéalement située pour être au calme avec une vue magnifique.
L’espace piscine est top, fleuri, en retrait de la location et la taille de la piscine est géniale pour nager.
Les propriétaires Romano et Sara sont très accueillants, disponibles et d’une très grande gentillesse.
