Hardware side: we already have in place an Ethernet cable with standard plug that remedies all wifi failures; for our future tenants who would have equipment of the same type as yours, a USB cable was set up the day of your departure (thank you for your advice).
Outside on the terrace we have a lounge garden aluminum in perfect condition which dates from 2 years; on the lawn of the wooden armchairs with handmade footrest in good condition also; you may think of plastic chairs that are not first generation but still functional.
On the occasion of our work of end of year on a 4th room on the ground floor it will also be the occasion to review these small points of material details.
I hope you will have the opportunity or friends come to see the evolution of our cottagealready brings a lot of satisfaction to our tenants.

Côté matériel: nous avons déjà en place un câble Ethernet avec prise standard qui remédie à toutes défaillances wifi; pour nos futurs locataires qui disposeraient d'un matériel du même type que le votre, un câble USB a été mis en place le jour de votre départ (merci de votre conseil).
A l'extérieur sur la terrasse nous disposons d'un salon jardin alu en parfait état qui date de 2 ans; sur la pelouse des fauteuils en bois avec repose pied de fabrication artisanale en bon état également; vous pensez peut-être aux transats en plastique qui en effet ne sont pas d'une 1ère génération mais restent néanmoins fonctionnels.
A l'occasion de nos travaux de fin d'année sur une 4ème chambre au rez de chaussée ce sera aussi l'occasion de revoir ces petits points de détails matériel.

The owner is very nice and friendly and he told us the story of his house, his father was a fisherman for scallops. The house is very authentic with furniture and decorations, it has a heater that works well, also the wood stove. Also during low temperatures at Easter the house was well heated ........

Very happy with our stay with a magnificent view of the bay of Brest (we will never get tired). The house is large and perfectly suited to my 88 years parents. We liked the layout of the shower with seat and grab bars in toilets. Large kitchen comfort where nothing is missing, beds ready on arrival, perfect welcome (small gift on arrival) ... Information about the area available and library.
The owner is absolutely charming .He helped us open the oysters freshly purchased from the producer (5 min drive). He also advised us the pancake (the best around), sites to see. He we also spoken of his ancestors and the history of the house.
The accommodation is absolutely central to visit the area (Crozon, Bay of Douarnenez, Brest, Logonna-Daoulas, Plougastel peninsula -Daoulas, the beautiful coast of Abers, the tip of St Matthew, the Faou Daoulas, Locronan, Landerneau, the parish closes.)
We left this area (and the house) so it is with sadnessmagnificent.
