Superb rental, magnificently located in a quiet area, heavenly beach access, swimming pool, wonderful view. Super well appointed house. I would just say that for maximum comfort, provide cushions for the garden furniture and add deckchairs to the swimming pool. But otherwise nothing to say it was great, I recommend +++

Very good stay. Nice and available owners. The one and only negative point is the absence of TV but a good internet connection makes you forget this little detail. I recommend.

We spent a very pleasant week in this quiet little village. The owners, who live in the same village, are discreet, generous and very friendly. We had a great holiday in this little haven of peace! The house is well located, we did not have to drive a lot to visit the surroundings and several pleasant walks are within walking distance from the rental. The garden, the courtyard, as well as the proximity of the cows really pleased our children! The owners are charming and welcoming people and have good advice for visiting the surroundings! We will come back !

We stayed in Villa Batz for a week. Great accommodation, clean, spacious, beautiful exposure! We will gladly come back. Little extra: changing table and high chair in the accommodation! Very convenient !

out of 10 I will only put 9 because a kitchen cleaning kit was missing and above all there was only a 1/3 roll of toilet paper for the first evening. To improve the service, you would need a medium casserole dish and above all a large frying pan because otherwise no crepe!!!!! Thanks!
sur 10 je ne mettrai que 9 car il manquait un kit d'entretien cuisine et surtout il n'y avait qu'un 1/3 de rouleau de papier toilette pour le premier soir.
Pour améliorer la prestation, il faudrait une cocotte moyenne et surtout un grande poêle car sinon pas de crêpe !!!!!

Hello, Mrs. LAGADEC's rental corresponds exactly to the ad. It is located in the countryside, on the banks of the Aulne and less than 15 km from the nearest beach. It is a relaxing setting, the house is a bath of freshness when it is very hot outside. Apart from the bedrooms upstairs during the day, but the nights remain quite cool, so the temperature drops quite quickly. Nothing is missing in terms of equipment. Fuel and groceries can be refueled at the FAOU, 10 minutes away by car. Mr and Mrs LAGADEC are very kind and considerate. Their pets Clovis and Bernadette paid us regular visits, not to mention the chickens, to whom you can give your food scraps. If you like Brittany...

La location de Madame LAGADEC correspond tout à fait à l'annonce. Elle se situe en pleine campagne, au bord de l'Aulne et à moins de 15 kms de la plage la plus proche. C'est un cadre reposant, la maison est un bain de fraîcheur quand il fait très chaud dehors. A part les chambres à l'étage dans la journée, mais les nuits restent assez fraîches, donc la température redescend assez vite. Rien ne manque en terme d'équipement. On peut faire le plein de carburant et les courses au FAOU, à 10 minutes en voiture. Mr et Mme LAGADEC sont très gentils et prévenants. Leurs animaux domestiques Clovis et Bernadette nous faisaient régulièrement une petite visite, sans compter les poules, à qui vous pouvez donner vos déchets alimentaires. Si vous aimez la Bretagne...

Great holiday home with a beautiful pool. However, you should bring everything you need with you. There were only cleaning supplies, but no washing-up liquid, tabs or the like. The house is great, big and everything was clean. The beach is easily accessible in a few minutes. However, the water was still very cold at the end of June. Overall we are very satisfied and would go there again.
Toll gelegenes Ferienhaus mit schönen Pool. Man sollte jedoch alles notwendige mitbringen. Es gab nur Putzzeug, aber kein Spülmittel, Tabs oder ähnliches. Das Haus ist toll, groß und es war alles sauber. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten gut erreichbar. Das Wasser jedoch noch sehr kalt Ende Juni. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und würden auch wieder dort hinfahren.
