About 15 km south of Syracuse is the seaside resort and at the same time holiday home settlement of the Syracuse province called Fontane Bianche. Almost all holiday houses located here are used by locals almost only during the summer season. Fontane Bianche alternates sandy beaches with picturesque rocky coastlines at the foot of the cliff path walk and can be considered one of the most popular and finest beach resorts of the area of Syracuse. The beach resort guarantees a regular bus connection with Syracuse every 90 minutes.
Distances from Villa Flo: next simple shopping within ca. 800 m, other simple shopping within 1,5 km, bar about 800 m, restaurant and pizzeria ca. 600 m, bus stop about 600 m, newspaper kiosk about. 1,5 km (summer time only). A mall (open from Monday to Sunday) and Lidl are in Avola and Syracuse.
At about 900 m walk from the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche is this elegant and charming villa with private pool. The detached house is located within an 800 square meter, completely fenced property which leaves nothing to be desired inside and outside the house.
In addition to the terrace with dining table connected to the kitchen, there is another attractive outdoor lounge area at the front of the house. This consists of an approximately 35 square meter veranda with seating and a small table, which is perfect for afternoon coffee or tea or for attending a barbecue or pizza baking.
From here you can look out onto another spacious terrace with an outdoor grill and pizza oven (wood at extra cost) where cooking lovers can give free rein to their taste. The terrace also offers the opportunity to set up a table tennis table and spend fun moments. Simple table tennis bats and balls are available and included. There is also a separate toilet with toilet and sink on the front veranda. But if you prefer something more relaxing, you can cross the terrace and then reach the private pool with an integrated whirlpool (9 x 4 m, open from 01.04 to 30.10) to be massaged by air bubbles in the pleasant water. A small Mediterranean garden with palm trees, flowers and lawn surrounds the pool and gives the whole area a natural and harmonious frame. Garden furniture such as loungers and an outdoor shower for two people complete the outdoor living options and the holiday feeling.
Parking for up to three cars inside the property. Electric garden gate for convenient entry and exit. A rental car is recommended for the duration of your stay.
Important note: Approximately at 25 m from the house, there is a light railway line connecting Fontane Bianche with Siracusa. A small diesel train consisting of two wagons travels the route. The transit last not more than 8 seconds each time.
The living space of the house of around 100 square meters is set on the ground floor
and is elegantly and lovingly furnished with all comforts with a total of three bedrooms for up to six people.
Through the entrance door you reach the spacious and "open-plan" living room with dining area, upholstered furniture and fan coil for warm and cold air. Flat screen with satellite TV.
The beautiful and fully equipped kitchen with artistic tiles offers all the comforts and amenties you need to prepare a tasty meal for the family. The kitchenette consists of 5 gas stoves, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, additional freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine with capsules (you have to arrange the capsules by yourself). A classic espresso maker is also available.
Directly via the kitchen you reach a nice terrace with a dining table and seating where you can relax and enjoy breakfast or dinner on pleasant days. This makes setting and clearing the table an effortless activity.
From the kitchen and across the hallway you reach the house's sleeping accommodations, which consist of three bedrooms with double beds. All three bedrooms have air conditioning for hot and cold air. One of the three bedrooms also offers an elegant bathroom en suite with shower, toilet and bidet. The double bed in the latter bedroom is only accessible from one side. The second elegant bathroom inside the house also consists of a shower, toilet and bidet.
A hairdryer and a Wi-Fi connection are also part of the basic equipment of the house. A portable cot and high chair are available and included in the price. Please inquire when booking (!).
