We spent a wonderful month with the family in Jean-Jacques' villa! Rare to find such friendly and attentive owners. The villa is large, magnificent and in a very relaxing atmosphere. My 87 year old grandmother was with us so the ground floor room was very useful. Gina, the cleaning lady is also very friendly and maintains the villa well. The organization of the airport transfer as well as the car rental went smoothly. We really felt welcomed and can only recommend staying here! I keep preciously in contact with Jean-Jacques for our next stays in Mauritius and we wish him the best for the future! :-) See you soon
Nous avons passé un merveilleux mois en famille dans la villa de Jean-Jacques ! Rare de trouver des propriétaires si sympathique et si attentif. La villa est grande, magnifique et dans un atmosphère très reposant. Ma grand-mère de 87 ans était avec nous donc la chambre au rdc a été très utile. Gina, la femme de ménage est très sympathique également et entretien bien la villa. L’organisation du transfert aéroport ainsi que la location de voiture s’est déroulé sans problème. On s’est réellement senti accueilli et je ne peux que recommander de séjourner ici ! Je garde précieusement le contact de Jean-Jacques pour nos prochains séjours à Maurice et nous lui souhaitons le meilleur pour la suite ! :-) À bientôt
Rental comply with the description. Ludovic and Wendy who manage rented on site are always available. Car rental outlet through them without a problem. For we have taken against Uma, the person responsible for the household, for the preparation of a meal, but it is not interesting, because the price is the same as the restaurant and taxi at our expense to receive the dinner at the apartment.
Location conforme au descriptif. Ludovic et Wendy qui gèrent la location sur place sont toujours disponibles. Location de voiture prise par leur intermédiaire, sans problème. Par contre nous avons pris Uma, la personne responsable du ménage, pour la préparation d'un repas, mais ce n'est pas intéressant, car le prix est le même qu'au restaurant et le taxi est à notre charge pour la réception du diner à l'appartement.
I spent a very pleasant stay at the Residence Cape Garden. Very welcome and studio according to the announcement. Quiet, clean. Pool, + for a swim or just lazing in the sun listening to the birds ...

Apartment very nice, practical beautiful service 5 minutes from the beach and shops with terrace and garden very well maintained. Owner Cyril is charming and full of good advice. Rental according to description, very well located, 200 m from the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The building is secure and the apartment is very clean and functional, with a beautiful terrace, sunny, quiet, very friendly home by the owner's mother who is attentive to the tenant, very kind and helpful. I recommend this rental for a vacation in Trou aux Biches.
Location conforme à la description, très bien située, à 200 m de la plage, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants. L'immeuble est sécurisé et l'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel, avec une belle terrasse, ensoleillée, au calme, Accueil très sympathique par la maman du propriétaire qui est à l'écoute du locataire, très gentille et serviable.
Je recommande cette location pour passer des vacances idéales à Trou aux Biches.

Ideally located walking distance from the beach and shops. On a side street, quiet and without noise. The courses in the surrounding area could be better maintained, but this is out of the owner's responsibility. polite and friendly welcome, continuous presence and availability when needed. Recently built, the apartments are clean and comfortable. Nice for a short stay and ideal for a long stay. A great stay that I highly recommend.

Les terrains dans la région environnante pourraient être mieux entretenus, mais cela est hors de la responsabilité du propriétaire.

Very nice new apartment, very comfortable and perfectly equipped, rented by a Mauritian family lovely and very helpful. The house is in the center of Trou-aux-Biches, behind in Popo, in a very quiet street and within 2 minutes walk of the best beach of the island. We had a wonderful time! Très joli appartement tout neuf, très confortable et parfaitement équipé, loué par une famille mauricienne adorable et très disponible. La maison est situé au centre de Trou-aux-biches, derrière chez Popo, dans une rue très calme et à moins de 2 min à pied de la plus belle plage de l'île. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux! Nous n'attendons qu'une chose: y retourner!

Very pleasant stay in this lovely little apartment. Everything has been planned for one comfort. What a pleasure to find in the morning and evening on the terrace with this lovely well maintained garden. All amenities are within 100 meters: the bus stop, the supermarket "at Popo " where you can find everything and the beautiful beach at the end of the street ... Having stayed at other locations in Mauritius, we particularly enjoyed the experience and we highly recommend this property, perfect in every way. The home of Cyril and kindness Noorani bonus and we leave already nostalgic.

Tout a été prévu pour 1 maximum de confort. Quel plaisir de se retrouver le matin et le soir sur la terrasse avec ce joli jardin très bien entretenu.
Toutes les commodités sont à 100 mètres : l'arrêt de bus, la supérette "chez Popo " où l'on trouve tout et la superbe plage au bout de la rue...
Ayant séjourné dans d'autres locations à Maurice, nous avons particulièrement apprécié ce séjour et nous recommandons chaudement cette location, parfaite sur tous les plans. L'accueil de Cyril et la gentillesse de Noorani en prime et nous partons déjà nostalgiques.
