House as advertised. Well equipped and very well located, 3 minutes walk from the city center. We always managed to park on the street, for free. The owners are nice.

Very nice small apartment, very well arranged with kitchen including dishwasher 6 covers, a washing machine 3kilos ..... There is absolutely nothing, this apartment is very well located in Granville since it is close to the sea And shops. The owners are very nice and kind, we had a great holiday, we will definitely be back.

I highly recommend this rental very, very clean with all modern comforts. Apartment bright and pleasant in any point in accordance with the description of the ad. Quiet, yet close to all amenities of the city center, the train station, the bus stations, the sea and the port. You can do everything on foot. For nothing to spoil the owners are friendly and accomodating. I thank them again for their understanding (sick little son during the stay). I hope to come back someday.

We couple 30 and 33 years with 3 month old baby, had a great week in this slot. It is not great but for the price it is very good (with TV sofa, corner dining table) and very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, various kitchen utensils ...). We only lacked anything for our baby (or for us for that matter) and my parents even spent a night with us (available in most bunk bed). We ourselves have slept in a bed 2 people and our baby in a cot next. The location is great, we were 20m from the shopping street of Granville and 5-10 min. walk from the beach, the harbor and the ferry terminal. We highly recommend this property! The rental companies are very nice, we were delighted not to have to deal with rental professionals but to human beings-)
Nous, couple de 30 et 33 ans avec bébé de 3 mois, avons passé une super semaine dans ce logement. Il n'est pas grand mais pour le prix demandé il est vraiment très bien (canapé avec télé, coin table à manger) et très bien équipé (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, divers ustensiles de cuisine...). Nous n'y avons manqué de rien pour notre bébé (ni pour nous d'ailleurs) et mes parents ont même passé une nuit avec nous (lit superposé disponible en plus). Nous-mêmes avons dormi dans un lit 2 personnes et notre bébé dans un lit bébé à côté.
L'emplacement est idéal, nous étions à 20m de la rue commerçante de Granville et à 5-10 min. à pied de la plage, du port et de la gare maritime.
Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !
Les loueurs sont très gentils, nous avons été ravis de ne pas avoir affaire à des professionnels de la location mais à des êtres humains :-)
Neat and clean, friendly landlord. It would be useful to mention that some effort for people who have trouble walking to get there. It is not possible to park at the house the car. The house is on a hill so be a decent climb.

Het zou wel handig zijn om te vermelden dat het voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn wat moeite kost om er te komen. Het is niet mogelijk om de auto te parkeren bij het huis. Het huis ligt wel op een berg dus een behoorlijke klim.
