The appartement is located on a top location with a great view according the pictures in the advertisement. It is very well equipped and we spend hours on the balcony enjoying the Mediterranean. The centre of Cannes and the Croisette is in walking distance and there is a bakery around the corner. Communication, contract and handling is well-organized by thge owner and of course it is very convenient to have your own parking space in a town like Cannes.
We will return!

Very nice apartment, well equipped with all amenities and very clean. Ideally located close to shops and the fine sandy beach. The supermarket is less than 50 meters from the apartment. The private car park located in the basement is suitable for parking a medium-sized SUV. The owner is nice and helpful. I highly recommend renting this apartment. Small points of improvement: The bathroom sink faucet is not very practical When I take a shower, a small amount of water leaks out of the tub divider.
Très bel appartement, bien équipé avec toutes les commodités et très propre.
Idéalement situé à proximité des commerces et de la plage de sable fin.
Le supermarché se trouve à moins de 50 mètres de l'appartement.
Le parking privé situé au sous-sol est adapté au stationnement d'un SUV de taille moyenne.
Le propriétaire est gentil et serviable.

Gino Saluto is an exceptional, friendly and discreet host. I had the honor of staying a week in his beautiful apartment, it lacks nothing apart from being very large for that area of France. The most important thing for me is that there was parking inside with my numbered place, a huge terrace with a table, deck chairs and a view of the sea. Nothing is missing inside the apartment. Air conditioning, heating, the kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, kettle, fridge, induction hob, flat pans. The house is located just fifteen minutes from the Juan les Pains train station. But there are also buses a hundred meters from the house. Wonderful holiday also to the availability of Gino. Very kind person, I hope to spend a month instead of just a week. Gino Saluto è un host eccezionale, amichevole e discreto. Ho avuto l'onore di soggiornare una settimana nel suo bellissimo appartamento, non manca nulla a parte essere grandissimo per quella zona della Francia. La cosa per me più importante è che c'era il parcheggio all'interno con il mio posto numerato, un terrazzo enorme con tavolino, sdraie e vista sul mare. All'interno dell'appartamento non manca nulla. Aria condizionata, riscaldamento, la cucina è attrezzata di forno a microonde, bollitore, frigo, piastra ad induzione, tegami piatti . La casa si trova a soli quindici minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria Juan les Pains. Ma ci sono anche autobus a cento metri dalla casa. Vacanza meravigliosa anche alla disponibilità di Gino. Persona gentilissima, spero di passarci un mese invece di una sola settimana. Grazie mille Silvano I.
Very comfortable accommodation, clean, good bedding, very nicely decorated, spacious enough for 4 people. Comfortable and new sofa bed. Everything you need is on site, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, freezer, etc... the veranda is a real plus and greatly enlarges the apartment. Heating and air conditioning present, but not necessary for us. Very significant parking space in Cannes, no need to use the car, everything can be done on foot from the apartment. Train and bus within walking distance, beach very close. Everything is perfect, nothing to complain about.
Logement très confortable, propre, bonne literie, très joliment décoré, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes. Canapé-lit confortable et neuf. Tout le nécessaire est sur place, machine à laver le linge, micro-onde, machine à café, congélateur, etc... la véranda est un vrai plus et aggrandit beaucoup l'appartement. Chauffage et climatisation présents, mais pas nécessaire pour nous. Place de parking très appréciable à Cannes, pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture, tout peut se faire à pieds depuis l'appartement. Train et bus à distance de marche, plage très proche. Tout est parfait, rien à redire.

Very satisfied! The apartment is simply furnished, has a wonderful balcony and is very well located. Short distances to the water, for shopping or in various parks. It was always very quiet, nice neighbors, many of whom have been coming to this charming villa for years. The landlord was extremely caring and nice. Very pleasant contact with him. A clear recommendation!

Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet, hat dafür einen wunderbaren Balkon und ist sehr gut gelegen. Kurze Wege zum Wasser, zum Einkaufen oder in diverse Parks.
Es war stets sehr ruhig, nette Nachbaren von denen viele seit Jahren in diese charmante Villa kommen.
Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen fürsorglich und nett. Der Kontakt zu ihm sehr angenehm.

A cozy and functional apartment. Not everything brand new and not totally modern, but everything was clean, comfortable and served its purpose, it just had a certain charm compared to hotel rooms.
The apartment was very quiet inside. Only with the windows and balcony open was the traffic on the street sometimes very loud. Showoffs with sports cars and motorcycles.
With this heat this year, however, people were happy to close everything and enjoy the fresh air from the air conditioning.
We were there as a couple with a 6-year-old daughter and 74-year-old grandmother.
Good base for walking, the beach and also not far from the old town le Suquet, the port and tourist attractions.
We especially liked the beach. Clean water, sandy beach, quite clean environment, not overcrowded and at the end of July and beginning of August. All you have to do is just down the street, turn right and the next notable street left.
If the almost 1000 km by car weren't so arduous, there would hardly be a question of whether we would like to come back. We liked it.
theLandlady is trustworthy and she also has very nice staff on site, so you have someone to talk to.
Eine gemütliche und funktionale Wohnung.
Nicht alles nagelneu und nicht total modern, aber alles war sauber, gemütlich und erfüllte seinen Zweck, es hatte im Gegensatz zu Hotelzimmern einfach einen gewissen Charme.
Die Wohnung war innen sehr ruhig.
Nur bei geöffneten Fenstern und Balkon war der Verkehr auf der Straße manchmal sehr laut. Angeber mit Sportautos und Motorräder.
Bei dieser Hitze in diesem Jahr machte man aber gern alles zu und genoss die frische Luft der Klimaanlage.
Wir waren als Ehepaar mit 6- jähriger Tochter und 74 Jahre alter Großmutter dort.
Gute Ausgangsbasis zum Spazieren, zum Strand und es ist auch nicht weit zur Altstadt le Suquet, dem Hafen und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Uns hat vor allem det Strand gefallen. Sauberes Wasser, Sandstrand, recht saubere Umgebunng, nicht überlaufen und das Ende Juli und Anfang August. Dazu müsste man einfach nur ein Stück die Straße runter, nach rechts und die nächste nennenswerte Straße nach links.
Wenn die fast 1000 km mit dem Auto nicht so beschwerlich wären, es wäre kaum eine Frage ob wir gerne wieder kommen würden. Es hat uns gefallen.
Die Vermieterin ist vertrauenswürdig und sie hat auch sehr nettes Personal vor Ort, so dass man einen Ansprechpartner hat.
