Absolutely beautiful house both inside and outside, very peaceful area and neighbourhood. A lovely beach within 2 miles with nice restaurants. The hosts really made a great effort and were exceptionally welcoming to my family.
Ideally located in a beautiful residence facing the sea, spacious accommodation but there is no internet connection throughout the property, no box in the apartment, no network so no telephone, it's a shame. In addition, the bathroom would benefit from being modernized as well as the sofa bed. With that everything would be almost perfect. Satisfied with our stay.
Idéalement bien située dans une très belle résidence face à la mer, logement spacieux mais il manque la connexion internet sur l'ensemble immobilier, pas de box dans l'appartement, pas de réseau donc pas de téléphone, c'est dommage.
En outre, la salle d'eau gagnerait à être modernisée ainsi que la banquette lit. Avec cela tout serait presque parfait. Satisfait de notre séjour.
The cutlery could use some replacement. Otherwise, the holiday home and the complex are top notch. The only things to complain about are the dog poop and the opening times of the pool. The bakery around the corner is excellent. Despite the adjacent campsite, it is very pleasantly quiet. The walk to the beach is a bit too far to walk with equipment. There are parking spaces on the beach, however.

Ansonsten ist das ferienhaus wie auch die Anlage top. Zu bemängeln gibt es lediglich die ganzen Hundehaufen und die Öffnungszeiten des Pools. Der Bäcker um die Ecke ist hervorragend. Trotz angrenzenden Campingplatz ist sehr angenehm ruhig. Der Weg zum Strand ist mit Equipment einen Tick zu weit zu laufen. Parkplätze am Strand sind aber vorhanden.
Just like home! We stayed in August 2024 in this magnificent house. The property is very well equipped, functional and very clean. It is welcoming, warm and you quickly feel at home. The advert is true to reality. The pool is great, our 8 year old son had feet in it. Many shops around 15 minutes by car and lovely walks to take in the surrounding area. In the village you will find a bakery, butcher's, pharmacy and wine cellar. Michel, the owner of the house is adorable. We really had a great holiday. We highly recommend this rental which will definitely make you happy!

Nous avons séjourné en aout 2024 dans cette magnifique maison.
Le bien est très bien équipé, fonctionnel et très propre. Elle est accueillante, chaleureuse et on s'y sent rapidement comme chez soi. L'annonce est conforme à la réalité.
La piscine est super, notre fils de 8 ans avait pieds.
De nombreux commerces à environ 15 minutes en voiture et de jolies balades à faire aux alentours.
Au village, vous trouverez boulangerie, boucherie, pharmacie et cave à vins.
Michel, le propriétaire de la maison est adorable.
Nous avons vraiment passé des vacances au top.
Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location qui fera à coup sur votre bonheur!
Single-storey apartment, in perfect condition (light, spacious, clean and very well equipped), corresponding in all respects to the owner's descriptions (statement and photos). Although the residence is quite large, it is very quiet and, a significant argument for those who no longer want to take the car once settled, close to the beaches and the port (barely 10 min.) The only small downside is the parking spaces. park are really narrow. Magnificent holidays with, in addition, 15 days of sun, heat... The dream of all seaside vacationers.
Appartement de plain-pied, en parfait état (clair, spacieux, propre et très bien équipé), correspondant en tous points aux descriptifs du propriétaire (énoncé et photos). Bien que la résidence soit assez grande, elle est très calme et, argument non négligeable pour ceux qui ne veulent plus prendre la voiture une fois posé, proche des plages et du port (à peine 10 min.) Seul petit bémol, les places de parc sont vraiment étroites.
Magnifiques vacances avec, en plus, 15 jours de soleil, de chaleur... Le rêve de tous vacanciers en bord de mer.

Very nice house in a perfect beach location, quiet, clean, well maintained, everything you need is there. Good beds, lots of storage space. Very friendly welcome from Mrs. Fernandes and problem-free, uncomplicated handover! It would be practical if bed linen and bath towels could be rented (luggage could be saved). Unfortunately, the morning visit by a baker to the residence, which was specifically mentioned in the advert, was not carried out (anymore) this year - what a pity! It is also a great pity that the direct sea view shown in the advertisement photos has been blocked by picket fences to protect the beach. Still, I'd love to come again!
Sehr schönes Haus in perfekter Strandlage, ruhig, sauber, gepflegt, alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Gute Betten, viel Stauraum. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Frau Fernandes und problemlose, unkomplizierte Übergabe!
Praktisch wäre, wenn Bett-/Badwäsche z.B. gemietet werden könnte (Gepäck könnte gespart werden). Leider wurde der speziell im Inserat erwähnte morgendliche Besuch eines Bäckers in der Residenz in diesem Jahr nicht (mehr) durchgeführt - schade!
Zudem ist es sehr schade, dass die in den Inseratfotos dargestellte direkte Meersicht durch Staketenzäune zum Strandschutz verbaut wurde.
Trotzdem gerne wieder einmal!

Clean and well located rental, consistent with the description except for the swimming pool which was not yet in service (too bad at this time when the sea is still cold, that would have been a plus). I recommend this rental.

We had a great holiday in this holiday home. We didn't miss anything, it was just beautiful! Contact with the landlords was quick, helpful and uncomplicated. The contactless key handover also made both arrival and departure much easier. We would love to come back!

My daughter and I had a very pleasant stay in this very quiet and cool accommodation. It has all the necessary amenities including WIFI, air conditioning and TV. Essential shops are close by and the bus runs a frequent schedule 7 days a week, making it easy to access the city of Montpellier. The owners are friendly and always very attentive to what you need. The place is picturesque and very pleasant to take walks on foot through the town. I highly recommend this accommodation.
Mi hija y yo tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en este alojamiento muy tranquilo y fresco. Tiene todas las comodidades necesarias, incluido WIFI, aire acondicionado y TV.
