Only a five-minute walk away are three outstanding and very much competing Gastro pubs, renowned throughout the area for their excellent service and fine dining. A lovely quaint village, Waddington also has a babbling brook and beautiful Coronation Garden. Close by is Clitheroe with its Norman Castle and a market that's held three times a week, and a very popular mill conversion offering excellent shopping and its own popular bar and brewery. Within driving distance are many places of interest, including Skipton and the magnificent Yorkshire Dales, the seaside resorts of Blackpool and Southport and the cities of Manchester and Liverpool.
Waddington is a great choice for a holiday in this area. The village is a regular winner of the Lancashire Best Kept Village awards. The surrounding Forest of Bowland, is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
