Fortuna almeno, che il centro, servito di negozi e supermercati, era a 600 metri da casa, raggiungibile anche a piedi. Infine, il posto in spiaggia, sotto casa, di fronte a due palazzine attigue, era servito da due ombrelloni e cinque sdraio, fin troppe a parer mio, avrei preferito due sdraio in meno e al loro posto, un lettino, da poter prendere meglio, il sole. Quest'ultimo, per colpa dei palazzi alle spalle, spariva già verso le ore 17:00.
